Michelle had some of the best customer service I have seen in quick serve in a very long time!! She was so patient and kind!!! Even if the food sucked I would return simple because Michelle made the visit pleasant! The food wasn’t very warm for how long we waited to get it. I thought it would be super hot chicken fries since we waited for them.

Clean odor free lobby. Restrooms available. Large kids play area. Self-service fountain drinks that have great carbonation. COKE products. Service was average to fast. 2x kiosk stations. Traditional verbal orders accepted. Plenty of shared plaza parking that can accommodate medium-sized RV or large SUV. No outdoor seating.

Do not use the drive through. Spent my whole 30 minute lunch break at the drive through. Only 4 cars in line and had to wait 30 minutes. I even know it was 30 minutes because my timer for lunch is up. Not coming here again

Buyer beware! Not only did it take over 20 minutes to get my food but when spending $3.50 this is what you get. What a waste tlof time and money. Train your staff better, don’t cut pieces of chicken in half and sell them for $3.50… Do better

Food took around 10+ minutes for 2 whooper combos, not only my fries was cold, I realized I only received 1 fries instead 2 Id paid for. Couldn’t call because their line was disconnected base on google. Drove 10 minutes back, told the manager, he had to confirm with the girl is true and made me the replacement fries that i felt i cheated them. I didn’t bother to say anything, just thanks for your mistake. My gas alone cost me $5.

Always friendly customer service. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The staff is nice and usually all smiles. And IF they make a mistake with your order, if you’re polite and don’t act all kinds of crazy then and treat them like a fellow human being, then they have no problem correcting the situation.
