Stopped at McDonald’s in Kentwood for the 1st time. FAST FOOD this was NOT!!! Had to wait 15 minutes for our food while the kitchen staff had a roaring good time behind the scene!! We were the ONLY customers inside the restaurant. The drive-thru was somewhat busy..but every car had to pull up and wait for their food. This McDonald’s was a KIOSK only service. Restaurant was clean and orderly but it is a new location. Food was less than acceptable. My husband had 2 fish filets…which appeared to have been thrown in the box from across the room. The tarter sauce was mostly on the box …not on the sandwich…along with the cheese. AND WAS COLD!!! My chicken sandwich was almost charred and lukewarm. The fries were good. IF… you want SLOW SERVICE and less than mediocre FOOD..then this is your place!!!

We were so excited that Kentwood was getting a McDonald’s! I’ve been so disappointed. I didn’t get upset with the food or service at first, thinking that staff was still being trained, kinks worked out, etc. However, we’ve not gotten an order right yet. And rude service, not from the order taker, but the pick-up windows yanking receipts out of our hands, not fulfilling our paid for orders. Decided to give them another try (it’s a beautiful new building, someone has invested a lot). This is my filet of fish from the other night…..

Usual McDonald’s fare. Good friendly service. This place is mostly drive thru service…inside uses the digital boards to order. Only two inside registers.

Valluzzo Restaurants need to replace everyone here. The current staff need to be replaced. This location consistently serve orders that are wrong, even after bringing it to a mangers attention (took multiple attempts get a simple driverthru order right). The laid back, no attention to deal attitude is not consistent with McDonalds corporate policy. Sad because it is a new place and in a good location. If something isn’t done it won’t last more than a couple of years.

Employees are very slow, very rude and do not pay attention to people standing at the counter. If you order from the kiosk, they are out of paper and ink so you don’t get a receipt and no one knows how to change it. The kiosk has been out of paper and ink since 2 weeks after they opened. And some of the employees walking back in coming off break smell highly like marijuana. Very disappointed and displeased with this establishment

JUST left that place. Waited 15 minutes for our food *that’s okay*, and they forgot half our order. We got 2 large drinks, a large shamrock shake, and sauce that did not get delivered. My fiancé had to contact 3 separate people for our drinks….10 minutes later we got smalls and a coke instead of a Dr. Pepper. I literally can NOT drink coke.
My fiancé’s still waiting on his shake and the girl at the front counter snatches our ticket and walks away. She tells him to find a managers himself and does not come back up front. I still never got my drink as we got up and left.

Everything was brought to the table wrong, employees were at a table fixing each other’s hair and cussing as much as possible. Also they were reading customer reviews out loud and making fun of the customers. My food was absolutely cold and the bread was to hard to eat. I’ll just go to amite or franklinton next time and avoid wasting my money .
