Another fantastic breakfast at Birdie’s!!!
Kudos to Jen who took our orders so pleasantly and attentively and advised edits to our meal complete yet not overseeing !!
The photo will tell the rest. Every dish we ordered was just perfect and exactly as we had wanted!
Coffee was great too!
Ambience was quite lively and chirpy with all little ones surrounding us !
We will be back again soon enough!
First visit :
Hand’s down the best breakfast I’ve had since we moved to Texas!!!
Service by Sydney was with a big welcoming smile and the light banter we shared with her only added to friendly atmosphere of this place!
And finally about the breakfast dishes we ordered. Every dish was made perfectly , eggs cooked exquisitely and all ingredients were fresh and paired perfectly.
We could not decide which of the three we ordered our favorite : Eggs Arnie or the Pajarito Skillet or the Tigers Avocado Toast!
But we are ready to come back just to repeat all three anytime – That good!
Can’t wait to return!

We had, once again, a stellar breakfast @ Birdie’s.
This time I ordered simple – birdies breakfast with 2 sunny side up eggs, chicken sausage and crispy hash brown with whole wheat toast. To that I added a side of scrambled eggs (2) and sourdough toast . I was completed full after eating this wonderfully prepared breakfast.
Better half ordered the Shrimp n Grits and she swore that this was the best she had in a while!
Service as always as top notch by Sydney, who was so attentive and courteous!
This time owner / manager walked over to us to check on us as to how we were doing and thru’ him we got to understand that the name of this restaurant and its theme is in keeping the theme of the golf course behind and having the PGA tournament head office around the corner. I. Fact they are the ones developing this part of Prosper Tx.
Nice to know!
Ambience was great as always with families pouring in to have breakfast!
We Will be back soon !
Every single dish here looks and tastes like it came straight out of a brunch dream. From the perfectly golden hash browns and fluffy scrambled eggs to the pancakes stacked high with whipped butter and powdered sugar — everything is cooked just right. The chocolate chip pancakes are rich and airy, the French toast with berries and cream tastes like dessert disguised as breakfast, and even the breakfast burritos hit hard with crispy fries or waffle-cut sweet potatoes on the side.
You can tell this place runs smooth because the owner is always present, making sure the kitchen stays consistent and the vibe stays right. Service is fast, the food comes out hot, and you can tell they care about every plate leaving that kitchen.
If you’re looking for a brunch spot that delivers every single time — Birdie’s is it.
The only hiccup was the timing from the waitstaff when it came to the check — it felt a bit rushed, as if we were being gently nudged out before we were ready. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did stand out compared to how good everything else was.
Overall, I’d definitely come back for the food and the vibe, just hoping next time they let the morning linger a little longer.
I found myself with an unexpected free hour after a client postponed our meeting, and I’m so glad I spent it at Birdie’s Breakfast Club off 380 in Prosper. What a charming little spot!
The space is warm and welcoming with pleasant, thoughtfully designed decor that makes you want to linger. One of my favorite touches was the bird installation—cool flying ducks fixed to the wall that added a whimsical and artistic vibe to the space.
The service was great—my server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered breakfast and was instantly tempted by the fresh, fluffy biscuits. They were delicious—warm, buttery, and clearly made from scratch. I only let myself have one, but it took some serious restraint!
Birdie’s made that unexpected hour feel like a gift. I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I might not stop at just one biscuit.
Thai inspired salad
Chai tea latte
Birdhouse waffle
Usually the food in breakfast clubs are salty and too sweet but this places serve mild salt which is the best part
Also waffle served with nuttella and wipp cream which are very mild sweet
Must visit place again
