If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. This is the WORST location I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Mediocre food. And that’s if they happen to get the order right. Cancels orders without reason and generally rude staff. Don’t waste your time. There’s a Taco Bell located in the mall less than 5 minutes away. Go there.

Don’t try to order inside, it’ll never happen. Drive thru only. That’s all they prioritize. Otherwise food is as you’d expect from Taco Bell/KFC. Restroom is very clean. So go in for the restroom and back in your car to order food.

This might be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The staff is rude, especially the female manager. They have canceled several orders AFTER they were already marked as complete and ready for pickup. They short the portions on everything. Just don’t bother. Go over to the mall. The service is EXPONENTIALLY better than this location.

Combined Taco Bell/KFC. Every time I’ve been the restaurant area has been clean and not super busy. Drive through service is prompt. The one thing I don’t like is that the hot sauce packets are not freely available in the dining room. You have to ask for them when you order, and last time they only gave me four pitems. for three items. Note: they do a good job of advertising the vegetarian options and the prices are very good, especially for dollar-menu type offerings.

Asked for the dragonfruit refresca and the guy gives me brisk. I literally double checked that it’s the refresca and he insisted it is even though I watched him grab it from the fountain. Which the refresca does not come from the fountain. They charge you an extra $1 and some change for the refresca so that’s very frustrating. He should’ve remade it on the spot, but instead just insisted he was correct.

Drive thru line wrapped down the main road and disrupted traffic. After about a half hour wait in the drive thru line I placed a combo meal order. The ENTIRE meal was wrong. Didn’t discover it until getting home. Drove all the way back to have it fixed but they were closed. Contacted customer service and requested a reply vis email as I would be unreachable by phone. They called me on the phone a few days later…. When I was unreachable. No resolution. Never going back to that location again!

I ordered 4 chalupas for pickup the other night. About two hours prior to closing. I go to pick them up and they have, for whatever reason, canceled my order. I would understand if in ordered minutes before closing, but two hours is plenty time to put together 4 chalupas. What made it worse is that this is at least the 4th or 5th time this location specifically has canceled my order for no good reason. 0/10 would recommend. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I love the ” Pinto with Cheese” side order to eat with my Taco Supreme, hard shell. And I always order a side of coleslaw. Love this food! And the cashiers and preparers are always friendly and sweet and responsive.
