I usually get an 8 piece— all legs. It is the best fried chicken in Western Massachusetts! There are not too many stand alone fried chicken places. You will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I picked up 50 pieces of fried chicken for a work party and it was a huge hit. The service was great and the chicken was awesome. Very flavorful and crispy. I didn’t eat in the restaurant so I can’t comment on the dining atmosphere but it did appear very clean and I would absolutely come back to try other things from the menu.

I just witnessed an extremely disturbing, unprovoked and unacceptable incident at US Fried Chicken and Grill on Boston Rd in Springfield, MA.
The man at the counter treated a female customer with such shocking disrespect. He insulted her appearance, made offensive comments about her hair, told her to “go back to Africa,” and called her degrading names while using foul language.
No employee especially someone in a customer-facing role should ever behave this way. A real professional shows respect, maintains composure, and practices basic customer service.
Several workers came out to see what was happening and you could tell they wanted to intervene but didn’t. They signaled to the woman to let it go with their hand in the praying position, which shows just how uncomfortable and wrong the situation was.
You could see how deeply this encounter affected her, her dignity and self-worth were attacked in front of everyone.
The employee responsible needs to be held accountable. At the very least he should issue a sincere apology and if this behavior reflects a pattern, he should not be working in that position at all.
We should not ignore incidents like this. If a business takes our money, they should respect us as customers and as human beings. If they cannot do that, then the community especially African American customers should reconsider supporting them.

I recently visited this restaurant with my boyfriend, and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. One of the kitchen staff made inappropriate comments, asked personal questions about my relationship, and stared at my chest multiple times. and then he went in and started speaking about me in different language with this co-worker and both were looking at me. He also gave me extra food I didn’t ask for or pay for, clearly as a way of flirting, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This is very creepy behaviour

I am absolutely livid after my recent experience at this restaurant. I had a wonderful meal with my friends and spent a good amount of money there, only to come out and find my car had been towed. The owner of the restaurant even had the audacity to lie and say it was another establishment that towed my car.
When I went to the tow yard, they informed me that it was indeed the restaurant that had my car towed. They claimed that I parked in two spots, but there were no lines drawn to indicate where to park. It is completely unfair and unjust for them to tow my car without any warning or proper signage.
I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled and will never be returning to this restaurant again. I will be sure to warn all of my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. The lack of honesty and integrity displayed by the owner is truly unacceptable.
I would advise anyone considering dining at this restaurant to think twice before giving them your business. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Beware of the dishonesty and lack of respect shown by this establishment.

I ordered two cheese burgers and a chicken rap with onion rings just the sandwiches. They turn them into combos and add fries two all the sandwiches then there out of onion rings so they say we’re out of onion rings would you like potatoe wedges I say ok not knowing they had add the fries to all of the sandwiches I end up with 3 bags of fries and a bag of potato wedges. They get no more of my money. Check what you ordered before you pay for it.
