Absolutely fantastic experience!! I had ordered the 3 piece tenders big box. Food was hot and fresh even half an hour before closing! The manager Elijah was super helpful and kind. I was missing a sauce and he helped me immediately. The person who prepared our food Jordyn, was also really nice. 6/5 stars would definitely recommend! Terrific job I will definitely be back for more!

Elijah and his late-night team were amazing. Graa had a great attitude and brought wonderful energy. He took the time to greet us and chat with us while we waited for our food. Even though we placed a large order right before closing, he handled everything with grace and humor. Our order was 100% correct — which is impressive given how big it was — and he even threw in extra fries.
This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Popeyes, and that energy is exactly why I’ll keep coming back to the Mount Pocono location.

I went through the drive-thru at the Mt. Pocono Popeyes on Sunday, 12/21/25 around 2:00 PM, and I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience. The team member who took my order was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful – which is honestly not something I experience at every drive-thru.
It made a real difference and was very appreciated. Because of that great service, I wanted to be sure to leave a good review. Thank you to the team for making my visit a fast and pleasant one!

Shout out to Elijah, think he is a manager there, but hes so nice! Helped us beyond expectations and even threw in some freebies before they closed. We were minutes away and he stood open making sure we had our food secured. AMAZING person.

The restrooms are always dirty or in operable.
The dinning room is a meat freezer, the manager or owner refuse to turn on the heat, too cold to eat.
The online orders always are below standards, the chicken is old or greasy and you’re lucky to get the right items. This place is just pathetic lately. Me and all my friends have sworn to not revisit this poorly managed restaurant again.
