The young lady who worked at the cash register was quite rude. I only bought a couple of pastries to go, and it seemed she was doing me a favor. The place was not crowded. Next time I’ll go to Art’s Bakery down the road.

I have ordered the chicken harvest salad many times. The salad is never the same, it keeps getting smaller. I just ordered this salad full size tonight and only got a half of salad, looks like the wrong container was used. This has been happening alot lately.

My husband and I just wanted to get a cup of soup for lunch. Sounds simple, but not at Panera. The service has been slow at this location the last few times we were here, so we expected that. However, we didn’t think that the employees wouldn’t know the difference between their Chicken Noodle soup (which had not one single noodle in it) and their Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. When my husband tried to explain that they had given him the incorrect soup, the girl at the counter told him that his soup was the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice (not a creamy broth at all and no rice to be found) and it was just watery today. If the soup had even had some noodles and been more than some broth, my husband would probably just have eaten it and kept his mouth shut, but this is ridiculous. We won’t be back.

Service isn’t usually friendly but I love their sugar cookies so I deal with unfriendly service to get a cookie with my salad. Panera got rid of their sugar cookies!! Can’t believe it! So bummed! I can get a salad anywhere. No need to come back very often.

Food is always good, but paying $8.00 for a half of bowl of cheddar broccoli soup was a nuts. I was expecting a whole bowl of soup. I got to work looking forward eating and saw this! Little late to go back.

Took a short break here for some dinner on my way to Cleveland. This place was empty on a Friday night. Service was good and helpful. Food was good. Ordered the pick two 1)Chicken Caesar salad and 2)Tuscan chicken sandwich. They were good except the sandwich was a little plain. Overall it was a good rest stop.

Good luck if you are a delivery driver and have to pick up orders at this location location! They do not treat delivery drivers very well! One manager in particular will ignore drivers when they come in and stand there and we can’t get the orders anymore because of people stealing them so they are behind the counter, but the managers stand there would take us five seconds to reach behind you and put the order on the counter, but apparently that’s Too difficult for this ignorant male Karen! I was so blatantly ignored today that the person running the drive-through had to come hand me the order because the The guy at the counter pretty much refused to do it
