I ordered a take out Meaty pizza. After driving home and opening the box I was shocked at what was in the box. The pizza was poorly made with toppings missing from some of the slices. The pizza had mushrooms, olives and pineapple and no meat. I drove back to the store and requested a refund.

Did their text to order for a pizza at 9:15 before they close at 10. Got the confirmation message and the charge immediately on my card. Went to the store to pick up and they said they never got the order. They couldn’t make it either since it was closer to 10. They also couldn’t refund my order of $75 until the manager was working in 2 days. So no pizza but paid for it and will wait and hope the manager refunds. What type of restaurant takes and order, doesn’t make it, and can’t do refunds…

Jets pizza is fantastic! Their specialty pies are incredible. Every pie is loaded with toppings and flavor.
Highly recommend the Eugene Supreme, BBQ Chicken, and the Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas. You have to try their 8 Corner Style, too. It’s always well made and so good! Always good service here at the Chandler location.

The eight corner pizza well done is hard to beat. Hands down my favorite. This stores customer service is amazing too. I had ordered pizza after work one night about an hour and a half before they closed. On the way, my car broke down and I was unable to get to the store to pickup my pizza. I called them and let them know and they were kind enough to give me a refund and the manager Collin even left me a gift certificate for a free pizza. It was so nice! Love when restauraunts know how to treat their customers!

Obviously set up for take out there is limited seating but you won’t have to wait. The bone-on wings were ok. Pizza was decent. I showed up behind two others and they took a couple of knives to come up to the counter and they knew we were there. It was fine though. Overall positive experience.

Love Jets pizza and drive 25 minutes to this location. The best pizza I’ve have here and in Chicago. Tasty tomato sauce and not too salty. This pizza was so nice looking I had to get a picture – the ingredients were plentiful & evenly spread over the entire pizza. Employees were pleasant and professional too!

I stopped into Jet’s Pizza today and ordered a Detroit style cheese pizza, and I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there and help their customers. That kind of energy immediately sets the tone for a great experience, and it definitely did for me.
The pizza itself was on a whole different level. The crust had that perfect Detroit style balance of crispy edges with a soft, airy inside that soaks up all the flavor without getting soggy. The cheese was melted beautifully, with that amazing caramelized edge that Detroit style pizza is known for. Every bite had this rich, comforting flavor that honestly made the whole meal feel special. You can tell the team takes pride in what they make because the quality really shows.
What stood out just as much as the food was the service. The staff was attentive, patient, upbeat, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that works this well together, and it really makes a difference in the overall experience. The place was clean, organized, and everything moved efficiently even with other customers around.
