Lunch time with Co-workers. The place is comfortable and the Service was awesome. The food was just ok. Had the shrimp tempura lunch, didn’t really enjoy it (too greesy), the rice was delicious though. Also had the Boston sushi roll, it was good. I would go back to try something different. All over I give them a 4 out of 5.

I stopped here to eat quietly…this place was perfect for that, not crowded.
But the food… Idk, fast food sushi. My crawfish wasn’t fresh …it had no taste as well as the contents appeared to be precooked …pre fried…. Defeating the entire purpose of sushi I came for.
Definitely won’t be back. Plating is beautiful… presentation but… It’s missing the freshness.
However menu is plentiful with options in the sushi section.
Tempura was too crispy u get thru the cornflake to the actual vegetable.
My review may be ” what” butt when you are used to certain quality…it’s hard to get low basics and smile. This was 35.00 I didn’t eat or enjoy and left it all in a take home.

STAY AWAY!!!! As we walked in we were stared down by a man without any shoes. He began speaking gibberish toward us. Still, we proceeded to walk towards as self seat table. The both seats were in extremely poor condition. As we sat I watched the cook prepare our food. He paused for a second to wipe the snot from his nose with his gloves. I assumed he would change his gloves but he didn’t. I went up to the bar counter and exclaimed “I just saw you wipe your nose, please change you gloves “. He indicated with hand gestures that he did not understand what I was saying. He then pointed to our waitress. I walked up to our waitress to explain what had just witnessed. She began to whisper with her serving try covering her face as well as mines in an attempt to permit other guests for reading our lips. This restaurant is extremely unsanitary. There is also mold in the women’s restroom on the ceiling. I am NEVER going back. For health, safety and sanitary reasons please stay away!

It was ok. I had the spicy tuna roll and crawfish wontons. I did like the wontons as I’d never had them before. The spicy tuna was just ok. I’m new to the area and have had better in other states. I’ll keep trying other sushi places. I did not dine in, so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere.

We were looking for a spot to have dinner and decided to give this spot a try. I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was bright and warm and welcoming. We were greeted upon entry and seated immediately, we were given the choice of a table or booth, we chose the booth. Unlike other restaurants, where you can tell someone ate before you, our booth was super clean. As soon as a diner exits they clean the table really well. The food was absolutely delicious and refreshing. Everything was served hot and everything was fresh and not greasy at all. Oh and the sushi tastes good. I’m not a fan of sushi so that’s a lot coming from me. Their plating was beautiful too. I definitely have to visit Tennou Sushi Bar again. 10/10 recommend

The food was truly great, and extremely affordable prices but the customer service was horrible!! We were followed out of the restaurant by our server “Petty” to our car and was told to leave her a “tip” after we left her a tip on our receipt prior to leaving and paying but she was not satisfied with what we left her and was trying to demand more.

I thought the atmosphere was friendly, cozy.
I like their wall “wrap” murals and hanging lamps a lot! Also their cube-shaped teapots are cute!!

Waitress had to cover a lot of tables but did a great job and kept an eye on us. Assorted sashimi platter was amazing. Soup and salad were forgettable. Would definitely come back again for the sashimi.
