While service is great (meaning the people that work there!) Whoever is working on making the food is skimping out on the cream cheese. It’s not the first time I order a sandwich bagel with cream cheese and either there isn’t any cream cheese on the bagel or they put a dallop and that’s it! I’ve been to other Wawa locations and this is the only one and the closest one to me; where it’s either missing cream cheese or a missing ingredient in a sandwich!

This by far is the best Wawa on planet earth. I will drive 10-15 miles out of my way to go to this store. The young ladies and young men at this store are phenomenal. Pat, Brynn, Oh Henry, Jerome, Nat, Michelle, and of course, The Manager, Babyface Mikey and the rest of the crew. These guys take care of you like every retail place should. Everybody else should take note from these people they would wind up with a hell of a lot more business. So give him a shot guys go to Dover and go to this Wawa tell them Doug sent you.

We ordered food at 5:21pm and didn’t get our food until 6:10 pm. When I got home to eat my sandwich, which I got a chicken steak panini. They literally didn’t put the meat on my sandwich!!! So I called the store and the guy told me to bring it back in and they would make me a whole new one, because it was stone cold! I took it in and told them and they gave it back to me and me thinking it’s new sandwich I got back into the car to see the meat on it and they hardly put any meat on it! Then when I got home I noticed it was still the same sandwich, they didn’t even make a new one!!!! They just put the very little meat on it!! $9 for that sandwich and hardly even have any meat!!! Wawa you guys need to do better!! The atmosphere was great, it’s a nice store, but I should of gotten something for your guys mess up and me waiting so long and then having to come back because of your mistake and still not making me a new sandwich! So for dinner I ate a stone cold sandwich. Not very happy!

I’m glad to have a Wawa nearby! Growing up in Philadelphia it was our usual to get to go to Wawa. I’ve lived in York County now for over 20 years and it’s neat to have a Wawa to stop by for coffee, hoagies and more.

Zero Stars can’t leave no stars so they get one. They actually are so bad that I’m pissed off enough to write a review. Food was horrible so go somewhere else honestly. The staff were giving each other dirty looks and making comments about what they had to make for orders. Also they were not wearing gloves for food prep which my wife pointed out after I ate . So I’m going to go make myself throw up now. This was her first and last time ever going to this absolute embarrassment of a gas station slash made to order . They should of just left the empty land on that corner instead of putting up this joke of a place . Rutters or sheetz I recommend. if you have never been here save yourself your time money and physical health.

Wawa is amazing. The chicken quesadilla is among the best convenience store items you’ll ever get. The Philadelphia pretzels are amazing as well. Those two items plus a small bottle of Pepsi only cost $10. One other thing is this is the first Wawa I’ve seen that has tables for indoor dining. However as someone who’s familiar with Wawa they always seem to be missing a lot of items. Chicken quesadilla appears and disappears from the menu, once they were out of fries and the cream cheese pretzels aren’t served.

If I am even able to get my order it always is misisng ingredients. Today i ordered through the app for delivery and my food never showed up, I contacted customer support who told me I could go to the store to pick up my food where i was told by the rude kid working in the kitchen that I could not get my food because they delete their unfulfilled orders if they haven’t been completed in an hour.

I bought a Half and Half creamer.
I opened it, after I purchased it.
It was, bad spoiled.
Chunks in the creamer.
It was clearly within code, at least a week.
I brought it back and asked for a refund or exchange.
The male cashier up front, said we can’t give you a refund.
I said what, WaWa name on your package!
You don’t stand by your dairy products??
Very poor customer service and problem Resolution.
Your customer is right.
Your product, creamer, milk, was spoiled.
You need to back it up!

Food is pretty good for the price…but thats if you actually get it. Always have a missing item and sometimes don’t refunded for it good luck when. Ordering, chances are you’ll be missing some of your food when ordering here
