I order online pickup frequently (a single pizza), and my order is never ready by the estimated time. The last time I ordered, I placed my order at 5:30pm and selected 6:30pm as the pickup time. When I arrived, my order had not even begun to be prepped according to the online tracker. It wasn’t ready until about 7pm. So my advice from experience when ordering for a later pick-up time is to set the time 15-30 minutes earlier than you intend to arrive.

I was OK with this restaurant at this location on Jefferson Drive until the last pizza I had got from them. I took my kids to the seawall to eat and just enjoy you know like eating outside and my youngest son comes to me for some reason he flipped over his pizza And there was rat poop baked did the pizza crest thank God my son had flipped it over and checked for some reason and then upon returning to return the pizza to them they proceeded to try to give me another pizza and I calmly told them either I can get my Or we can make it very known that they are very dirty and they do not clean up their environment Starting to cook anything for anybody don’t get me wrong I don’t care what business or what kind of industry it is. I know you cannot always keep every single little bug and rodent out at all times 24 seven but at least have the courtesy to at least clean up your areas in your equipment before you proceed to start cooking!!!!! And the staff are very unprofessional Very inconsiderate of their customers.

Unprofessional and unhygienic staff. I was there to take an order for food Delivery app. And I spend almost 1hr and end up disappointed ☹️ By staff member only 1 gentlemen was working his name is Omar. And cash lady was just laughing looks like she was high and other lady eating in front of all customers. First time in my life to see something like this. Totally unprofessional. It’s your choice if u want your food comes from a place where people don’t even care about cleaning.
