I visited here Sunday afternoon and let me start ny saying their ice cream never disappoints. I also tried their raspberry red bull drink with the fresh mango in it. So yummy. I would get that drink every day if I could. The staff was polite and walked right up to the counter and ordered. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband, I stumbled upon this establishment while walking on Main Street during our vacation to the sequoias. This ice cream is insanely good and let me tell you we’ve eaten our fair share of ice cream. You can definitely tell that it’s homemade and with the plethora of options there is definitely going to be something for everyone. It was almost hard to choose! Each time we went the service was warm and friendly and it’s definitely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. If we are ever back in Visalia, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We are frequent customers. Tonight my son walked in to order ice cream and partake in using his 50percent reward he received from school. To his dismay, she would not give the discount on his ice cream only the kids he ordered for his sister. He has to show his student id, obviously it’s his discount. Not meant for the rainbow sprinkle one! Do better ice cream artist!

This place was super good. I’ve never had time ice cream & to be able to watch was pretty awesome. They were really nice even after I forgot to tell them about an allergy I have & they had to redo my setup. Highly recommend this place

Didn’t even know about this place! So many options to chose from. You can either make your own from scratch favor of ice cream/topings or they have some to pick from. We got 5 bowls but I only got a picture of these two. Loved them they taste different from regular ice cream super good !

Hey yall! Have you tried #howweroll in #downtownvisalia ?! If not you absolutely should, locally owned and operated, and absolutely delicious. They let me get some action shots, and watch them assemble my ice cream right before my eyes! Fun for kiddos, and with summer around the corner ice cream is a great outing Me and hubby tried Strawberry feild and Dirt worms, and oh boy was it good!
The ice cream lasted a good while in my cup and didn’t melt as quick as one would anticipate. The ice cream its self takes Maybe 3 minutes to form and to freeze up and its a pretty awesome sight to see your ice cream being made right in front of you! I can’t imagine all the fun combinations you could make if you added in your own mix ins and toppings.
Super clean inside and they had two little tables outside to enjoy your icecream as well. The two people making the ice cream whom I assume to be father and daughter were super friendly and kind. There is a whole printed list of combinations if you don’t want to make your own which I have included down below, if your like me and need to study your choices before going!

I went in today and the young lady at the front who made my ice cream was rude. I asked for whipped cream, and she told me to get back in line—with an attitude. Customer service was terrible. On top of that, the ice cream was disgusting—there was more jelly than ice cream. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
