Had a mobile order and the app said it should be done at a certain time (quicker than I’d expected) I walked in and it wasn’t ready yet, but waiting wasn’t a problem for me. The manager kindly apologized and our order was fresh and correct! The staff always makes does a great job! We have a great Arby’s!

We go here semi regularly, the place is pretty clean, staff is nice, and i usually don’t have to wait for my food long at all. I like the 4 for 10, its quite a bit of beef, and an arby’s roast beef sandwich is pretty hard to mess up, i Love them. The fries here are hit and miss, so i just stick with the sandwiches. Yesterday the pop machine was not put together correctly, and was squirting out all over everyone. They took care of it after i inadvertently disassembled the head of Dr Pepper, but If it wasn’t for Lisa, and my love of roast beef, i don’t know where i’d be eating.

We stopped here for lunch on a road trip with our kids. The staff was friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to be helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and our order was perfect. This was hands down our best fast food experience in years! The next time we are in Concordia, we will definitely stop in again.

We got a pair of roast beef sandwiches each and now we know why Wendy’s slogan was “where’s the beef” because it was not at Arby’s. We happen to eat at Arby’s on average of once a week and have a pretty good idea what the sandwiches should hold. Store was clean, restrooms too!

I ordered a Greek gyro, crinkle fries, and a strawberry and cream pie. The gyro was very good; greek-style meat, salad, and tzatziki sauce in a soft bread shell. The French fries were hot, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very fresh. I was impressed with Arby’s menu and food. My friends enjoyed the pie (I haven’t eaten mine yet). The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was very clean and well kept.
4/23 Still the same great service; since we’re a fairly large group of older ladies, one of the workers brought lunches out to us, which she’s not required to do. I thought that was nice. The food was good and fresh, the store very clean.
9/23: Arby’s now has hush puppy breaded fish strips. It’s good!
5/25: I like the way Arby’s keeps adding things to the menu. I bought an orange cream shake. Really good! Can’t wait to have more of their fish sticks.
