We had been craving Arby’s but kept missing it due to work hours. We finally made it over and are very disappointed. We made it a little before 10pm, by the time we finally left the drive thru , it was 10:37pm. Keep in mind- we were the only car there. We waited extra time to receive our peach cobbler roll the 1st time. Cool no worries, we’re driving off and no roll, no sauce that we specifically asked for, and ice cold fries. Ok, we went back through- no sauces that we kept asking for. Last time we finally got sauces and were able to leave. People in charge need to be reevaluated

The lobby is clean and in good condition. The staff was very polite and acknowledged me quickly when I walked in. My food was ready relatively quickly and was hot. The presentation of the food was appetizing. The food tasted good. I would recommend this location over some in the area. They have free wifi available. Just tried the latest cheesesteak and it was great

Best manager ever tonight!
Brandy deserves a raise, big time! She made one of the very best gyro I’ve ever had. (And my standards are high because I used to live in Greece)…
… But first my son had picked up my Smokey brisket sandwich which did not seem right.
It wasn’t heavy enough so I opened it up and saw thin slices that looked like bacon, and I couldn’t remember if that was included. It was white, flabby and fatty so I put it under the broiler open-faced. After long enough, it still looked uncooked! I thought maybe I should heat up my cast iron skillet and fry it then put it back on the bun.
Knowing that one shouldn’t have to go to that trouble, I decided to call.
A professional voice asked what would I like to be done about it, so I said I would return there for a replacement. (When I’d had one before, it was heavy with much more meat.)
Once there, she said she would make it fresh. Then she said to take a look at it because she thinks she knows what the problem is: a new employee didn’t know it was supposed to be thick sliced, so they shaved it thin.
Sure enough, she had nailed the issue, so I requested the Greek gyro instead.
Brandy also gave us two cookies which were fantastic!
A different Arby’s is actually closer to my house but my son had been passing by this one. So our cookies were a nice little bonus for our effort in returning.
I do recommend calling an establishment to reach a solution instead of saying “I’ll never return there” or leave a bad review.
I love Arby’s food and have appreciated their weekly free sandwich this month! Thanks again, Brandy (or Brandi?) Keep up your great customer service!!!

I came in to get cheese sticks for my little niece, a employee named noah squashed all my cheese sticks with his fingers, my tap to pay declined and he sat in the drive thru window laughing and smirking then gave him my physical card snd it went thru and i paid for my food, i then asked for extra marinara and he told me no and gave me only one, and all this simply because one of my friends got into a fight/interaction with him a few weeks ago, i went in the talked to the manager, she remade my food happily, employee does not have any customer service at all.

Update, gave them another try today, I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 2pc potato cakes, and 2 milkshakes. Was made to pull up and wait on the potato cakes. After waiting, lady who looked to be a manager brought it out, it was short an order of potato cakes. She went back for another order and was in no hurry at all. It’s rediculous that a simple order like that can’t be done right. And dont come at me as I have worked fast food and I would not have gotten away with this kind of service.
I would rate no stars if this was an option. Went thru drive thru ordered two sandwiches and 2-2 piece potato cakes. The employee was laughing when the asked to take my order so much so that I even commented about it. They left off one of my potato cakes and I didn’t notice until I pulled away from the window. Drove around again and they expected me to wait at the end of the line again!!!! I called mgr and all she could do was ask when I placed the order. I told her I had just driven away and back around and she still kept wanting to ask questions. So while the rest of food was getting cold I was supposed to wait at end of line again! I drove off. Won’t be back.

Food was good. Service was confused on how orders worked. Atmosphere is nice. Floors are slippery even though they are dry.
