The line went by quickly and the food was delicious. The staff made me salad dressing when a salad was ordered. Good service, burrito expertly wrapped and overall good food. Always a consist product if you stay within the skill base of the technician who builds the order to your specifications. This store has outdoor dining as well as indoors with trash disposal made easy.

This is the third and last time I’ll be ordering a burrito from this location. Each time I’ve visited recently, I’ve had a very poor experience with the same employee — a man with maroon/red dreads. His attitude toward customers is consistently dismissive, and he wraps food carelessly. Most concerning, he’s repeatedly thrown my burrito and receipt toward me instead of handing them over respectfully. It’s unprofessional and unpleasant, and I’m genuinely disappointed because this location is very convenient for me. I hope management addresses this behavior — it reflects poorly on the restaurant.

Had a big catering order and dropped the ball big time. I placed my order 2 days prior for pick up at 7pm. I arrived at 6:56 pm, finally got to the front of the line at 7:04. I told one young lady that I was here to pick up and order and gave her my name. She went to look for it and couldn’t find the order or my name, two more staff members came to assist, and everyone looked confused. One staff member proceeded to tell me (confidently) that I was supposed to pick it up on the date that I ordered it as she looked at my order from my phone, even after I read the pick up procedure to her.
A couple minutes later, the manager came to the front, I told him the same thing, and he said that he’s WORKING on my order now. I then assumed that he was boxing it up or putting the final touched on it. I was wrong! He was just starting on my order. It took him an HOUR to prepare my food, they had to tell the turn customers thay wanted chicken away due to my order. When the food was ready, they just put it up in the front and left it there without informing me that that was my order. The manager then proceeded to yell at me and pointed to the boxes, and said. “These are yours!” I seen the boxes, but I didn’t want to assume because I saw him still working on my order. I put those boxed in my car and still had to wait on more boxes.
My business event started at 8 pm, and I was just leaving with my food at that time. When I finally get to the event, I rushed to set up, and I was shorted food items, not enough protein (Chicken, Steak, Sofritos), no hard shells, no soft shells, not enough rice, not enough corn I had PLENTY of lettuce, though. This was for 45 people.
This was close to an $800 order, and I truly am disappointed at the way this was handled. I didn’t even receive an apology from anyone.
Even when I called to explain my situation, I was given the run around.

This place was clean. Ordered pick up of two bowls and they got one bowl all wrong and the dinner portion was really small. The bowls are only even filled half way up. Plus, I ordered barbacoa but got asada carne and the fajita veggie is nowhere to be found. I have no idea how they could mess two things up in one bowl. Very disappointed.

I ordered a quesadilla with smoked brisket and rice. They gave me the smallest portion of rice, and the quesadilla had nothing but cheese in it. The online helper will not refund your money. They only offer vouchers.

It’s 12 noon on a Saturday(as I am writing this) and I have to do my order online and sit here in the restaurant and wait. It has now been over 20 minutes since I did my order and still no food. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to assist and they have zero sense of urgency. They have about 8 people working in the restaurant, they have more than enough staff to accommodate a few walk ins. Chipotle, you guys as a whole need to stop doing the online orders only, it’s getting ridiculous. People come to Chipotle because it’s good food and quick service. When you do online orders only it kills the quick service part of your business. No one wants to come to chipotle and do their order online and wait 20+ minutes for their food.

Ordered online for pickup. Went to get it, arrive 10 minutes after the pickup time, and it wasn’t ready yet. Nothing was on the pick up shelf. They had orders behind the counter and 4 people waiting to pick up. I finally got my food 20 minutes after my pick up time. Got home and my bowl was half empty, there was hardly and rice or lettuce (I ordered extra lettuce) and I was missing a salsa.

1/2022 The manager Mr. T was in the store, just after 9pm, as they ran out of cheese. My bowl had already been made, so I asked for queso as a substitute but this manager refused to do so without a $2 up charge. I explained to him it’s better to use a substitute rather than just throw my food away over cheese but he explained that’s how CHIPOTLE runs their company, no compassion, just money, so I will not return. The store is pretty dirty anyways so I’ll spend my money elsewhere. As a result, Chipotles time and money was wasted from lack of ethics and product. I do NOT recommend this location.
It’s now 5/2022 and they just have a terrible attitudes even if you order online. They keep the food behind the counter rather than using the pick-up area and they don’t say anything when your order is ready. They just make a new order then get upset when you speak up for yourself. Did I mention there’s a girl who’s underwear is constantly showing as she grills chicken, come’on son.

This Chipotle consistently fails to impress. Most of the staff is not interested in their jobs and do a terrible job preparing food. We have recently started to go to the other Chipotles around Smyrna but thought of trying this again today as this is closest to us and were again disappointed.
