It never had. Pinplales i called the store 4 time never answered then after 3 one they answered
I told the manager she said she can only give a cup of pinplales that it I told her I profe and I was hungry so I ate the pizza she told me that she need a pizza I told I picture of it no she only need pizza as a proof
The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Now, I try to remember to take a picture of their new cheese steak Puffs, but those things are so frigging good, I stuff them down before I remember to take a picture. Not even kidding. So I’m gonna give you a photo of the box.
Keep up the good work morning crew. Thank you.
Order was not complete. Missing items and it was a large order. Opened a pizza to find a hair. Called to request a refund for the missing items and the tainted pizza.
They refused and stated that I had to return the pizza and they would replace but not refund. After finding hair in it I had no interest in another one.
Manager was extremely rude and didn’t get on the phone until I got very upset. Instead she yelled across the kitchen telling a staff member what to say. She ultimately hung up on me twice and the issue still not corrected. I plan to contact corporate but I feel all consumers should be aware of the service they will receive if the business fails to complete your orders correctly.
Sad customer service.
A staff member was at the register with another customer and was able to take my order rather quickly. After I paid and left a tip, I asked for an ETA and was told that the order would take about 15 minutes. Cool! This gave me time to run to the store; I was back in 20 minutes.
When I was able to find an employee, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. This was not correct, either.
I waited a total of 43 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 order of crazy bread.
When I walked in to pick up the food the final time, there were 4 people waiting inside, and there were 4 other cars in the lot waiting for their food.
The staff were all in the back – and I do understand the need for “all hands on deck” – but no one came to check when they heard the bell ring, even though one of the workers made eye contact with me.
I understand that food takes time to cook. I understand that sometimes staff doesn’t show up for a shift. That’s not what bothers me.
The issue is that had they told me *before* I ordered that they were anticipating a 30-40 minute wait time, I would have been able to make an informed decision.
While the food was good, the service left much to be desired.
To make matters worse, the atmosphere was unprofessional. The manager repeatedly instructed the staff to stop joking around, while a young employee made aggressive comments about physically confronting someone. Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it’s unacceptable in a professional setting.
I paid over the equivalent of a tank of gas for two pizzas and waited almost an hour. This experience has me seriously reconsidering my loyalty. Sure, Papa John’s might cost a bit more, but at least I can expect my order to be hot and ready. Little Caesars needs to address these issues or risk losing customers to competitors who value both service and quality.
