I used the subway app an placed my order my son picked my order up .. lord an behold what l got was terrible not my order.. I ordered a cold cut trio. What I got was a half toasted bun , bacon that looked raw , turkey that smelled spoiled . Nothing what I order. I live 30 miles away in Rockport. So I took it back the next day let the staff know what happened they took my name an phone number to here back from manager that was a week ago since than Nothing from no one .. an I was taken for $ 9.56
My suggestion on this subway stay away.

7.7.23: I REFUSE to use this Subway ever again even though it’s the ONLY ONE that utilizes app coupons. Not until the Manager makes some kind of changes.
10 months ago: I used to like the way this Subway made sandwiches. But lately they are horrible. Want sandwich toasted and they don’t. Ask to make sure to toast them and then they burn it. The bacon looks raw. Maybe the board of health needs to go in there. Staff is rude and don’t care how they make your sandwich. I’m not happy, pi$$ed is more like it.

Rude workers. Slow line, so long wait time. Got all the way up to the window for the worker to say “said we no longer take coupons” when I said I had a coupon at the beginning of my order. Wasted time.

This used to be my favorite subway. Not anymore. The last time we ate there the sandwiches and service were not the best but we gave it another shot.
This time my sandwich was so oily that everything was soaked and my partners sandwich had a hard piece of bone or plastic in it. He bit into it and hurt his tooth.
Won’t be back.

First off the young lady the helped me was a sweetheart thank you. But what kind of store or restaurant dont except their own coupon. Payed $3 more than my coupon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in this experience, I had to go to a completely different subway and pay for another sandwich because what was made here was completely inedible. I ordered a ham and turkey sandwich with toppings and sauces. What I got was bread a little meat mayo and mustard no toppings no cheese not toasted like I asked. And I went through my order twice. I will be back in the morning with this for a refund. I have never had an issue with a subway this location has lost a valuable customer

Hands down this Subway location provided the best service experience I’ve had at any I’ve visited! The young workers were friendly, fast, very accommodating, and efficient. They even gave me a free cookie in appreciation for my visit. Small things mean alot!

The food is always really good when I come in there, but for some reason today, my sandwich look like a two-year-old made it like someone just threw it all together. The lettuce was outside the wrapper it wasn’t wrapped properly. The bread was undercooked. I asked for it toasted it wasn’t toasted. The sweet tea was not very good. It wasn’t sweet. It was tasted diluted more water than tea.
