DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY STEAL FROM YOU, I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND I JUST CALLED FOR AN EXPLANATION ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON.
Total lack of customer service on their part.
We went to go pick up food to go at 8:20 (they were closing but people were inside eating) we were rushed throughout the 1 min timeline of our order, only for them to miss out on vital parts of our order, missing sauces and fries.
I understand it’s a miniscule amount, but when it happens with almost every order it’s a real problem, taking away 3-5 dollars with almost every order and we’ve gone a lot over these years just never said anything because it was never truly a problem until tonight.
I CALLED RIGHT WHEN I GOT HOME ONLY TO GET HUNG UP ON AND TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO EVEN THOUGH PERSON ON PHONE ACKNOWLEDGED THE RUSH AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ASKING KINDLY FOR A SOLUTION, DONT ACCEPT CUSTOMERS IF YOURE JUST GOING TO TREAT THEM UNFAIRLY.
They’re real scammers, not worth coming back, our family is long time customers, probably have been going for more than 10+ years, I will make it my mission to let others know of their complete lack of respect AND TO NEVER BE CUSTOMERS AGAIN.

YOURE MISSING THE ENTIRE POINT. At this point I can only assume you know who I am based on how many times we usually go. You know we’ve gone in to ask for our sauces before, the difference in this interaction was the complete lack of customer service (getting hung up on after being rushed through my order while people were eating inside), I called like any person would asking for a resolution, something maybe you guys should look into before rushing people out and forgetting parts of their order. Don’t rush people out if you don’t want to be held accountable for your mistakes, especially while people were eating in YOUR restaurant and you were 30 MIN FROM CLOSING TIME. I expected more from the manager but looking at past reviews, seems like there is no customer service here and the only thing good here (and that’s if you go on a good day and not a leftover day) is the food. Good luck but I cannot come back after your comment.

The empanadas and fried plantains are delicious, as well as the chicken! Service is usually quick and prices are good considering how much food you get. Great spot for a quick, tasty lunch or take out for dinner!

I got severe food poisoning here last Thursday 1/8/26. I asked for a quarter chicken and there was a piece that looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. The guy who cuts the chicken just grabbed that piece and gave it to me. I wanted to ask him to cut a fresh full chicken but he said no because that’s only if you order a full or half chicken. I just said ok and ended up eating the piece he gave me. After a few hours I started experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. I knew exactly what the cause was. The chicken was undercooked and left sitting out too long. I will not return to this restaurant ever again.

This is my all time favorite place. Its the kind of place you mention it the people around you all go ohhhh yeah that place rocks. seems like in this area there is a Peruvian chicken place around every corner but this is the best of them. I now live in a different part of the country but get back a few times a year and if I do nothing else I get Super Chicken- I can not wait to introduce my 4 month old son to it!
