Just had my usual half chicken with yucca and plantains and extra sauce… the seasoning… the flavor… it’s pure bliss. If you’ve never had it you just wouldn’t understand.
If you’re in the DMV area and are craving Peruvian chicken THIS is the spot!
Chicken has good flavor to it.
DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY STEAL FROM YOU, I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND I JUST CALLED FOR AN EXPLANATION ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON.
Total lack of customer service on their part.
We went to go pick up food to go at 8:20 (they were closing but people were inside eating) we were rushed throughout the 1 min timeline of our order, only for them to miss out on vital parts of our order, missing sauces and fries.
I understand it’s a miniscule amount, but when it happens with almost every order it’s a real problem, taking away 3-5 dollars with almost every order and we’ve gone a lot over these years just never said anything because it was never truly a problem until tonight.
I CALLED RIGHT WHEN I GOT HOME ONLY TO GET HUNG UP ON AND TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO EVEN THOUGH PERSON ON PHONE ACKNOWLEDGED THE RUSH AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ASKING KINDLY FOR A SOLUTION, DONT ACCEPT CUSTOMERS IF YOURE JUST GOING TO TREAT THEM UNFAIRLY.
They’re real scammers, not worth coming back, our family is long time customers, probably have been going for more than 10+ years, I will make it my mission to let others know of their complete lack of respect AND TO NEVER BE CUSTOMERS AGAIN.

YOURE MISSING THE ENTIRE POINT. At this point I can only assume you know who I am based on how many times we usually go. You know we’ve gone in to ask for our sauces before, the difference in this interaction was the complete lack of customer service (getting hung up on after being rushed through my order while people were eating inside), I called like any person would asking for a resolution, something maybe you guys should look into before rushing people out and forgetting parts of their order. Don’t rush people out if you don’t want to be held accountable for your mistakes, especially while people were eating in YOUR restaurant and you were 30 MIN FROM CLOSING TIME. I expected more from the manager but looking at past reviews, seems like there is no customer service here and the only thing good here (and that’s if you go on a good day and not a leftover day) is the food. Good luck but I cannot come back after your comment.
