I tried Hummus Republic for the first time yesterday and it had a similar vibe to cava. Unfortunately in comparison to Cava I still prefer Cava taste wise. At hummus republic I got the bowl with rice as my base and my protein I got the lemon chicken and the falafel. Then I selected my toppings, hummus/spreads, and dressings. The falafel was way too crispy and the lemon chicken was not very tasty in my opinion. There is something about cava’s falafel that hits the spot for me. Hummus republic just did not do it for me. BUT one thing I did enjoy from hummus republic was their mango lemonade! Their lemonade tastes way better than cava. I say it may be a good alternative if there isn’t a cava around. Maybe next time I would try switching around the ingredients I put in my bowl so hopefully I can enjoy it better next time.

I really wanted a new halal food place that we like, but our first try here was pretty disappointing. The couscous was rock hard, seemed like it hadn’t been cooked enough. Our chicken shawarma bowl was missing the chicken shawarma, and the beef/lamb in the pita was very dry – the consistency of jerky.

I really liked the food here. I’ve never heard of the restaurant before, I was just walking by and decided to go in. I had no clue what they had, or how to order. You Oder like in chipotle, however is Mediterranean style bowls and wraps.

Everything you could ask for In a Mediterranean style bowl! So fresh and delicious. Portions were huge and staff was very friendly. Their juices were great too. Will absolutely go again!

Total disappointment. Portions were tiny, mostly old spinach, and the protein was barely there. The rice was overcooked and stale, and the bowl looked like it was thrown together from leftovers.
The place was empty and not clean—you could see wilted veggies and dried-out food. Worst part? They promote a fake BOGO deal just to get you in. Total scam.
Avoid this place. Not worth your money or stomach.

Ordered two chicken shawarma bowls, pita chips with hummus, a blondie, and a cookie through UberEats. The only items that were correct were the cookie and the pita chips with hummus. Both “chicken shawarma” bowls arrived with no chicken at all and none of the requested toppings or dressings — no traditional hummus, chopped red onions, garlic jalapeño tahini, or tzatziki. They were essentially just plain salads. On top of that, we received a chocolate brownie instead of the blondie. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly didn’t feel like a meal. We paid around $50 and were refunded only $5, which doesn’t come close to making up for the missing food. Would give zero stars if I could.

The chicken wrap is awesome and delicious. It is very customizable and a lot of options are there. I definitely recommend ordering from here and I will order from here again. they have a buy one get one free offer going on right now.

Delicious bowls, wraps, and lemonade, and excellent service. I don’t usually go for wraps, but here, it’s amazing. With custom tasty choices and unlimited toppings and an outer wrap with a great texture and flavor, this spot really satisfies! In fact, my wrap lasted and held up for 2 meals. I was really impressed with their hummus and spreads (harissa, roasted eggplant, olive, feta, and more) and protein choices like beef and lamb gyro, lemon chicken, falafel, plus more and their lemonade flavor choices of mango, tumeric ginger, cucumber jalapeño, and strawberry- none of which were too sweet. My whole family enjoyed their meals and we’d easily eat here again. Spread hummus, not hate.
