EXTREMELY disappointed. ordered takeout, they forgot my cake slice, my bag of chips, i also ordered the chicken salad MELT with toasted bread (supposed to come with the cheese melted and bread toasted) instead they slapped a piece of cheese on my sandwich, no toasted bread and no melted cheese. to mess up this many things is not a simple accident. pure laziness and disregard for customers. do better.

I had my first experience with Chicken Salad Chick today at their soft opening. It was way more amazing than I could have imagined. I’m very picky when it comes to chicken salad and really any food! This will definitely become one of my regular spots. The staff was wonderful and our cashier Gwynn (I believe that’s how she spent it) was super helpful with explaining all of the ingredients of each item we asked about and very friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service here is consistently terrible. I asked about the trio and was rudely told they don’t offer it anymore. Then I asked for the spicy pimento cheese, and once again, they were “out.” This happens all the time—they’re always conveniently out of items. It was only 1:30 on a Monday… why not prepare more? On top of that, Amber was extremely rude, gave me a drink that was all ice, and didn’t even provide silverware. Management really needs to teach their staff some basic customer service skills.

I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s always good to I tried the Parmesan Caesar chicken salad today and it had a familiar taste of Caesar dressing, but it could have been a little stronger. I get that feeling from a few of their flavors, but they are still good enough that I come back! The jalapeño holly is a favorite of mine.

Been coming to this restaurant at least twice a week since opening. Service has gone downhill so much. Ordered bowl of soup, got home and no crackers. I know that’s small complaint but when I called the employee had a real attitude. Panera is right down the street now!! I will take my business elsewhere.
