I placed a mobile order at this location and it was handled very poorly. They made the coffee first and then took their time with the rest of the order, without even calling my name when it was ready. By the time everything was finally done, the coffee was already cold. Both the avocado toast and bagel were charred and burnt, which made them almost inedible. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the staff showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. Everyone behind the counter looked frustrated and miserable to be there, and it really showed in the service. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I have had.

Please Avoid this dunkin…. Multiple times a week, i order the same sandwich with American cheese. They still insist on giving me the wrong cheese when the ticket literally says AMERICAN. Then the employees give attitude when you speak up. Just save yourself the frustration.

Pretty clean, nice worker, decent food. Only thing I would say is that the quality of the drinks were a little different than usual. Much sweeter and lighter in color than usual but overall still a decent experience.

The place was kind of empty and everything was kind of dirty and disorganized and mind you there were 4 employees, I waited for my order for more then 20 minutes just to find out that it was ready 15 minutes ago they just didn’t bother to tell me it was my order

Dunkin is so Massachusetts. I used to enjoy my daily coffee and enjoyed being known as I walk in the door. My only issue is the staff rotation. May I suggest paying staff well if they’re willing to be a long term staff. It’s nice to see f as familiar faces.

the store was really clean and the atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. However, the 2 workers had a lot of trouble figuring out what I was ordering. I ordered a medium iced decaf macchiato with vanilla and it took them a while to ring it up. When he finished making it it looked fine and then he took it away and made another. It came out light as milk and since it’s a macchiato it’s a stronger coffee. I don’t know how this could be messed up..? I used a reward and the total ended up being $1.59 I gave the guy 2 dollars and he put it right in the tip bowl which was kind of strange then they asked why I hadn’t payed yet even though i gave them the 2 dollars. I understood if it was busy but I was the only one in line I think there just needs to be better training in place
