On 1/10/2026, I went with a friend to pick up food and was pleasantly surprised to discover the chicken was raw after the first bite. We took it back, they remade it, and generously offered brownies—as if that magically fixes serving undercooked chicken.
While we were there, we ordered more tenders, which turned out to be adorable mini nuggets instead. Not quite what was advertised, but cute attempt.
Decided to give them another chance today (my mistake), and they forgot an entire 8-piece wing order. Impressive, especially since they weren’t even busy.
At this point, the consistency is impressively bad. I won’t be returning.

Just awful. Like 8 times in a row my order has been wrong and it’s only this location. I ordered ten wings of garlic parm and hickory bbq, except they forgot the bbq so it’s just ten garlic parm. Except they forgot the garlic and Parmesan, so I essentially paid almost 20 bucks for just chicken nuggets.

Recently stopped in here for a lunch break with my crew. Right off the bat and customer service was lacking to say the least. The employee at the counter had a serious attitude about us ordering food. Secondly the facility was filthy, trash on the floor, floor is greasy etc. and last it took an hour to get three chicken sandwiches and fries. Will not be returning to this restaurant again……. I also failed to mention that I had a fraudulent charge to this restaurant 3 weeks later on my debit card so I think someone skimmed my card when I paid.

when I came in to get the food my husband ordered the whole place smelled like weed and the employees looked high the lobby was packed with people who had been waiting way to long for their order. when I asked for my order the cashier looked scared and then I was told it would be awhile after ordering 30 minutes ago. they were extremely under staffed and could not keep up with orders. After waiting almost 2 hours I finally got my food after being frustrated I just grabbed my food and left without checking. once I got home I realized I was missing all my sauces and my wings barely had sauce on them. I used to love this place but lately it’s gone down hill.

I was out of town working attempted to call in an order no answer after 3 attempts. Proceeded to place an online order. Upon my arrival no one greeted me. There wasn’t alot of people in the restaurant. The floors restroom and counter tops were dirty. Customer service was very poor. Worst part about it my fries were not cooked properly nor seasoned. That’s one of the main reasons I go to wing stop for the fries and ranch. Definitely wont be going back!

Not sure about the food quality. But my reason for the post was mainly because they dont start making the food until you get there. The window after ordering was 20-25 minutes. Tell me why I came in at 25 minutes. And the lady tells me ok ill check you in. I have already been waiting now 40 minutes after “checking in”. And it seems like they were doing that to everyone. (As they had alot of people waiting). That makes no sense to start making the food when you arrive and already paid online prior to arrival. Their system needs to be fixed. The point of ordering online for takeout is to arrive and wait maybe 5 minutes while the finish up your order. Not check in to start your order.
Overall we ended up waiting 1 hour AT THE STORE for the food.

Took 42 mins to get my food on a walk in…. I was one of the first 3 people in the store. Only 1 soda had adequate syrup. They burnt my wings, didn’t give any ranch, and the fries were cold.
