Who would have thought pizza could brighten your day?
This is going to be a silly review. But, I have been going through a lot and have been having a hard time getting myself to eat most times and decided this morning when I woke up that I wanted pizza. I ordered myself two pizzas (to eat on throughout the weekend) and man, I’ve ordered from here for years and I gotta say the pizzas I ordered are legit the best pizza’s I’ve had. Everything from ordering to delivery was a good experience. Whoever made these pizzas- you’re seriously awesome and thank you. And thank you to my delivery driver! Thanks for non intentionally brightening my day even if it’s just a lil bit. Stay warm and happy holidays. -Nic C

I have had issues with timeliness multiple times at this location. I just ordered two pizzas. Got there 50 mins for pickup and they had still not prepared my order but said they would put it in right away and it’d be ready in 10 mins. 10 mins later they still hadn’t started my order and didn’t really seem to care. Do not give them your business!

I had a massive Order for New Year’s Eve. I did curbside pick up. They came out immediately after I checked in. They were super friendly and the entire order was correct. Everything appears to be very fresh and warm. Thanks so much for supplying good food for my party!

OMG! We placed the order online at 5:15. It said the pizza would be ready at 5:29 – 5:39. Went to pick up window at 5:30 . They said it would be a half hour before it was ready. So had to waste a half hour of time. Went to drive thru at 6:12 had to wait a half hour for the 3 cars in front of me. Then I get to the window and people keep walking by. They even made eye contact and would not come to the window! I sat ther at least 15 minutes. Called by phone into building phone just kept ringing finally the delivery guy just walked in and answered the phone. He was very helpful. He went and got the order and gave it to me. So order pizza from Dominoes if you have at least an hour and a half before you want it!

I only give this a 1 star because 0 is not an option. I placed an order 2 hour ago. I have called several times. They hung up on me twice. They charged my card twice and I still have no pizza. The driver called me and he was in Lake St. Louis, I live in Wentzville on Raven Ct. He went to Raven Wood Ct. in Lake St. Louis. He hung up on me. I called the store, the manager hung up on me. I called back, they now say they will deliver the cold pizza to me. NO! So they will remake it and deliver it to me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Ordered $40 worth of pizza that was left outside in the cold. When I called to ask for a replacement the general manager Rachel ( if that’s her real name) said she would offer me $20 bucks then hung up in my face. She also instructed me to call corporate if I had a problem with it.
I’ve had many issues with this location, but tonight takes the cake. I have seen several people post about how horrible the services is here, but I’ve never experienced it myself. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. They do not value their customers. Wentzville Dominos is horrible.

They’re very incompetent people. I order 4 bread bowls 2 different kinds and somehow we managed to get a completely different kind for 1 set. Unfortunately these were for my kids, they wanted chicken alfredo bread bowls. They received an all veggie kind. I called asking for a refund and they said they could only give a credit. I deserve my money back for their mess up not a credit for only dominos. I spoke to the manager Alex who said he can’t credit the whole bill because they didn’t mess the whole order up and can not give an kind of refund besides in that form. I’m very upset with this. I will be calling to speak to the owner of the store in hope of a proper refund.

This Domino’s location is a complete joke. They messed up my order amount, and when I called to get it fixed, the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. Instead of correcting the mistake, he told me he’d just cancel the order — then hung up on me when I agreed and asked him to put it in correctly.
When I called back to speak with the manager, she couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no effort to make things right — just total attitude. Both employees were inconsiderate, unhelpful, and clearly don’t care about customer service.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This store is the worst.

I stopped ordering from Dominos 2 years ago after an employee was rude and hung up when I was trying to find out where my order was 2 hours after I ordered. (I live 3 blocks away) When I saw they had a new NY style pizza I thought I’d give it a try and just pick it up. Well I just got it home and it’s, no kidding, the worst pizza I’ve ever had and it’s not even NY style. The taste is so bad I can’t eat it and it has the least cheese I’ve ever seen on a pizza. Quik Trips pizza blows this pizza away. Wish I would’ve went there
