The iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso was okay. Each Starbucks is different with how sweet they make them. It is not burnt coffee like a lot of the local chain coffee places though, which is ✨️ They also have mini ducks that they just give to customers in their drive thru which is just so cute. The barista was very kind and quick with my order.

I always get a caramel ribbon crunch drink and every single time, for the past four times, I’ve asked them for extra crunches and to MIX THEM IN WITH THE DRINK. I really do NOT understand what is SOOOOO hard about MIXING THEM in with the drink. The first time, I didn’t get any. Second time, didn’t get any. Third time, she told me they were in the drink when there was not a single one mixed in with the drink. Fourth time (aka today) I asked them again and told them I want them MIXED IN. Showed a cup and said, put in the drink, not just on top, in the drink AS WELL. She proceeded TO LITERALLY BLEND them in with the drink. Like I want them in the drink so I can taste them. Idk what’s so hard about understanding “please mix them into the drink as well as on top” when I pay for extra I WANT EXTRA does this look like extra? I mean, I’ve said the same exact thing and have to explain it EVERY time to make sure they do it right and somehow it’s STILL wrong! The lady taking my order was nice tho

service was great! the guy at the window was so nice! however I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and it tasted like straight espresso- I try not to be “that person” when it comes to drinks but I couldn’t even finish this drink it tasted so bitter, I hope my next drink is better 🙂

This location was pretty good when they first opened. Fast and the drinks tasted good. Now every time I go the drinks are terrible, never consistent or correct. I paid $8 yesterday for a drink that tastes like water. Also, don’t bother doing a mobile order. They just grab random stickers when making drinks so it will actually take you a lot longer than it would just ordering there.

I love this location. Everyone is always so friendly! One person I would like to mention specifically is Allison. I normally come through the drive thru order my drink one time Allison was at the window and I made a comment how my name is also Allison spelled the same way and since then when I come through and she’s working at the drive thru or wherever she will pop over and say hi Allison or write on my cup hi Allison from Allison. It’s such a small gesture that really sets the mood for the day that I truly appreciate in this cruel world
