It’s 33 degrees outside and it felt warmer outside than inside. It was PAINFUL waiting to order it was so cold inside. I honestly think their heater wasn’t working bc we checked “the box” and it was set on 80. We asked why it was so cold and the young man said “we’re not allowed to touch the box on the wall” and then got the rudest looks from the young girl with the long hair with the hoop in her nose and large hoop earrings… she clearly didn’t want or need to be at work with the attitude she had.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. I had ordered a custom cake for pick up, and decided to get a meal as well, and they were quick to get that ready for me. A bag for the cake would have been nice, especially because the lid did not fit snuggly on the cake.

Absolutely will never earn my business again. Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes to receive food. The receipt time stamp was an hour early so couldn’t prove my time spent waiting. Upon receipt of food. A large onion ring had four (4) rings in it and we received none of the condiments we requested. Even the lady working the register was shocked when I brought things to her attention, and the cook un the back said its based on weight, not the number of rings. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Also, just to add salt on the wound, there was absolutely no per say management to correct anything or care in the world.

I never expect much from fast food, but I assumed that you could usually order chicken strips and be safe. I was worried when I received my food shortly after placing my order. Stale chicken and fries and toast that I can only describe as completely SOAKED in movie theater fake butter. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack after a bite of that toast. I trashed everything about a mile down the road and still feel dirty three hours later.

The manager for was nice at first but they put mustard on my daughter’s burger when I said meat cheese ketchup only. They remade the burger and added pickles that time. Then brought my husband his blizzard and it literally was dripping ice cream all over the table and cup it was more of a shake that was melted, my husband asked them to remake it and the manager brought it back to us with ice cream dripping all over her hands asking what was wrong with it, I explained that it’s a dripping mess and that he can’t eat that with a spoon she said I will clean the cup but that’s how they are made. My husband was so irritated at that point so I took it to the counter and asked for a different manager she said no she was the only one and that that’s how it’s made. I explained I looked up the policy for this specific location and they are supposed to slip it and ice cream stay in the cup. She said they did flip it and it’s because we let it sit to long. I looked at the girl that served us and said tell the truth you didn’t flip that cup. She finally agreed to remake it but her attitude was gross over the encounter.

So the lobby closes at 10:00, I pay for my order at 9:25. I order 2 bbq chicken baskets and one regular. Well I had 3 regular baskets with a side of bbq souse.

I went thru drive thru asked for double candy in bizzard which thry charge for I get it, there’s LESS than what a NORMAL one has. I go in and explain it and they hand me this. Still not even as much as a normal blizzard. Rip off. Sonic it is next time…..
