It was 8:38pm when we step inside for a small snack. 2 fish sandwiches, small Frosty and a cup of water. Service was very good, Oracio took our order, and soon after we were finishing off the freshly prepared fish sandwiches (crispy, fresh lettuce with pickles and tartar sauce.

When we walked in ( we were the only customers in there) and all the workers pretended they didn’t see us. One was standing by the fries on his cellphone and walked away. The manager walked up and did something with the cash drawer and looked at us and didn’t say a word. The boy who took our order was okay. We got our food and it was not fresh. When we left there was no one to be found. It was like a scary movie.

The employees here are rude, and when I asked to buy a toy for my son as they said, no when others have done that for my kids. Instead of just making a right, they just wanted to be mean people to children when I was willing to pay extra for a toy for my son. All the employees there seem very rude not empathetic don’t wanna help customers at that point you might as well look for a new job

Didn’t take order correct then kept mean mugging me for correcting it. RaNiya needs to be fired along with oracio. They were the ones to mess my order up and was mean mugging me. Not once was there an apology I had actually gotten blamed for the mistake that they made

Super kind employees here, one kindly opened the door for us and then when we tried to buy the wendy frosty tags they were all out but to make us feel better they gave us free frosty!! Bravo!

This isn’t the first time this place has managed to screw up a simple order of a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo and add ketchup. I get my order and it has no ketchup, and does have mayo. The worst part is that I order through the app and so it is doordashed. I’m unable to travel to the location to pick up a replacement so my only option I was given was to pay another delivery fee for a new one and pay for the replacement. And usually they mess up by adding a tomato I didn’t ask for but no this time nothing I asked for was right.

Order 2 just patties with no bun, no CHEESE, nothing but the meat patty. This was for a treat for my dog. Confirmed what I wanted, explained why. They placed melted cheese and topping. Did not see until home. Will not answer phone for over a hour. Actually still on hold as I write. Corp line was rude as well. Just wanted to alert them they screwed up. Had to toss the order.
