We ordered delivery and they forgot the drink with our order which there’s no way to complain without just contacting the driver who didn’t bring the drink in the first place. Thats pretty lame. Also two different sizes of chili and soup were no where near full to the top of the container which is also pretty lame.

Very good food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. They made a small mistake with my order, but quickly went above and beyond to fix it. I would not recommend visiting just as the giant church is finishing Sunday services, though, because of traffic.

I Stop in to order my food tonight around 7:30pm. Order taker having issue with the cash register to lazy to fixed or replace tape. No problem. So what made me upset.I order a gill cheese sandwich and baked potatoes. The cook had it ready in 15min. The staff let my food sit on the counter for 15min then packed it to go. I will never eat at this location.
Bad Service, No leadership, nothing in place to get your customers in and out. When I brought my issue to the guy attention. Iam only one person was the excuse they gave me. Instead I apologize for your wait! I need a refund asap ! McAlister you don’t deserve my money. My kid just said his grilled cheese sandwich tastes trash mama. So sad this location can even get this right for customers and kids!

Simply delicious sandwiches. It is a good alternative to regular sandwich/deli places. All their side items are good. I especially love their Mac and cheese. I have never had any issues with staff or my order *touchwood*. Perfect for lunch and dinner. Spuds are amazing too.

Sooooooo…. I absolutely love this Place! So good I forgot to take pics of my food again, lol. The drink is a classic Arnold Palmer with sweet tea. For linner (yes lunch & dinner) I had the Caesar salad and McAlister club. I always sub the ham for more turkey. The only disappointment at my visit this time was they were sold out of their delicious carrot cake. It is so tasty!

I come to this location quite frequently and every time I come, I never have any complaints. My sandwich is always made fresh. I am picky. I might ask for a little extra a little something off of it. They never have any issues or frustrations with completing the request request. The bathrooms are always phenomenal. Miss Tammy is the front of the house manager. I believe she’s always in there cleaning it wiping it down making sure it’s clean for her guest and it’s truly appreciated. Keep up the great work, Oakley.

The staff here is a joke, I called to complain about timing, missing items, and poorly made food. We made an online order for 1pm food was not done until 145pm. I was unable to eat my food because my 30 minute lunch at work was over. Karissa (manager) was not helpful at all. She kept telling me how short staff they were (but they seemed real distracted with the loud music playing). She gave one VIP card for 4 orders that was not correct. The food was made sloppy and you could tell this was just thrown together. I asked for the general manager name and number she just gave the name Tiffany. When I asked for customer service email address and or phone number I was told to find it online. The potato is black and hard, but they say the hold up was no potatoes were cooked. This one was over cooked and or old. I will be returning this potato tomorrow to the general manager.

I love McAlister’s overall but not this Oakley location. Here are the reasons. Today I ordered a spicy southwest chicken sandwich for a take out. After getting home I realized that there are several ingredients missing and they didn’t even tell me about it as if it was ok to cheat your customer. It’s not just the first time they messed up my order. In the past they didn’t put Lay’s regular chips in my order. One time I checked my order at the restaurant itself before leaving and found out it was a wrong sandwich. When I told them they just changed the label and told my they printed the wrong label. I still asked if they were sure to which they said 100%. At home I found it indeed was a wrong sandwich. I don’t write reviews that often but I felt compelled after the staff messed up my order multiple times in the past 3-4 months. I live in Hyde Park and don’t have time to drive all the way to Mason just because that location is very well managed and their staff doesn’t repeatedly mess up people’s order.

I ordered the Harvest Chicken Salad, which is listed as a sandwich and supposed to include a side, and got a plain salad with a scoop of chicken salad on it. It also took over 15 minutes from the time I got my receipt until the to-go order was ready. Will probably not be returning.
