I love this location and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them (which is why I’m giving 3 stars) but this one occurrence has shifted my opinion. The tall brunette with glasses working the drive through this morning was extremely rude. She slammed the window in my face when I went to ask for stoppers for my drinks and when I originally pulled up to say thank you she immediately gave me a very condescending attitude about how to order at Starbucks. I go to this location all the time, I know how to order thank you. Safe to say due to her I will not be going to this Starbucks again. Love the other stuff though, they do amazing <3

Generally when I get this tea, At the very least they put a sleeve on it. This tea was scalding hot, no sleeve, no stopper & I burned my hand attempting to put it in my cup holder with no stopper. Let’s teach & implement common sense practices for customers when serving over the top hot tea. 15 mins later & I still cannot drink it.

I arrived and ordered a drink and a nite to eat thru drive thru. Was handed my drink lid wasn’t tight spilled all over me and my car. They had me pull around front replaced my drink, which was incorrect and a nice lady came out to help me clean off my car. I know it was an accident and everyone was some what helpful. I was covered in hot drink and my car is sticky all over. They gave me a 4.00 gift card.

Any time I’m in the area, I’m coming here and nowhere else for my coffee. BEST coffee shop & Starbucks location I’ve been to in CDA or Post Falls! So happy I found my new favorite coffee shop to go to in CDA! The guy who took my order Sunday September 1st around 9:50-9:55AM was just incredible, this guy right here deserves a raise, I really wish I got his name. He was soooooo nice, patient, helpful, and made my coffee INCREDIBLY PERFECT! Seriously, I cannot express my gratitude enough over how much of an incredible employee this guy is, just for his help alone I would give 10 stars.
Then the girl who took my payment was so sweet, she gave me a little mini cup of “pup-acino” which I didn’t even know existed and my dog LOVES it! (See pictures ) Thank you so much you guys for all your help and your kindness! I’m looking forward to coming back again

I don’t get the chance to stop by this popular local Starbucks very often, but during my quick indoor visit to grab my favorite Chai Tea, I was reminded that the super sweet, professional, helpful & just plain nice team working here makes my delicious hot Venti Chai even more enjoyable!
Totally recommend stopping inside on your next visit-lots of Free easy accessible parking and super quick and efficient service, clean good smelling restrooms too!
A special THANK YOU to my youngest son for his thoughtful Christmas gift of a STARBUCKS GIFT CARD, He knows what his mama likes for sure!

Wow, this Starbucks on Ironwood in Coeur d’Alene was pure joy to visit. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was happy, welcoming and appeared to love their job. They certainly lifted my spirits. If you just do drive thru normally, I recommend you try going in. My first time in this Starbucks … but they welcomed several customers by name! Need a lift in mood, this place will do it for you.!

The barista was very nice and the drink was delicious. My only complaint is the restrooms were like something out of a horror film…. There was urine all over the toilet seat and floor in both of the restrooms. Obviously, not Starbucks fault people are so disrespectful, but perhaps they need to check the restrooms more often to ensure they are clean.

Employees were very nice! We ordered 4 drinks and they were done extremely quick. As a former barista I know the standards and these employees met them. Every single drink was made to perfection and I have absolutely no complaints!!! Definitely go to this store!
