We were greeted the second we opened the door by three smiling faces. Are two burgers and cajun fries came out perfect as always.
Probably the best atmosphere and working environment I have seen in a Five Guys restaurant! The guys were singing along to whatever radio station or what not being pumped into the restaurant.
They were actually having fun at work and that just brought a great vibe compared the usual funeral home setting in every other restaurant.

Food is good, but I gotta give it a one star.. I ordered on DoorDash, paid $9 for fries and got a tiny little bag.. usually they fill up the bag. The burgers were great, and I was willing to pay a premium but the tiny bag of fries felt like a punch in the face

First experience here and it was great. Counter Crew Member Trellanie T, was amazing and very hospitable towards my boy and made his experience worth remembering. Great sandwich and the fries alone are worth coming back fire.

Around $15.50 (+ requested tip) for a little fast food burger and little fry (no drink). I hadn’t had it in a while so I thought I’d give it a try. The fries are still top rate. The burger quality seems down or maybe my memory propped it up as being better than that actually were. The meat was gritty. The workers were friendly enough but unless I get rich enough that I can spend copious amounts of money without batting an eyelash, I’m probably done with Five Guys.
An aside: Look at the headlines / articles touting Five Guys’ greatness in the bathroom. They tend to be from the 00s. One even called Five Guys “Inexpensive”. I’m not sure reminding the consumer of how great Five Guys used to be is in their best interest.

I’ve only been to the franchise twice in my life. This last time I tipped 20% up front, to pick up my own food at the counter while being yelled at by the manager. About $70 for family of 3. But on a positive note, the first time I went in some other state many years ago go, it was a very good burger.

The first time I had five guys it was in Washington DC and it was delicious, I’ve had it a few times in Madison and it’s been awhile since I’ve eaten there. Not as good as I remember and definitely not worth $18 for a little cheeseburger, little fries and vanilla shake. But, the employees were all so friendly and great customer service.

I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger an regular fries. Even with it being busy in this cruddy weather food is still fresh. Especially when they drop the fries when door dash gets there.
