It was late and I put in an online order, got a 20 piece and a shake, got my bag, got all the way home and they only gave me a 10 piece. Didn’t get my other entire ten piece. Genuinely so upset. How hard is it to read an online order. And it isn’t even like they where busy I was the only car there.

One of the few and only McDonalds that I trust. Though mistakes happen due to human error, they are minimal. They make sure you are satisfied, and thats what matters. Staff is also clean when handling food items.

Used the mobile app and picked up my order in drive thru. Added tomato and mayo on my sandwich, didnt have either after paying extra. Went back into the drive thru to let them know and they asked if i could come inside instead and show them my mobile order and proof I paid extra for the tomato and mayo. I even provided the receipt I was given at the 1st window.

Went through drive thru and didn’t check to make sure everything was right. Ordered a 6 piece nuggie meal with fries since I wanted a quick lunch. Got to my location, parked, opened nugget box (which says 6 piece nugget by the way) and got cheated out of 2 whole nuggets. They gave me a 4 piece in 6 piece box. Nuggets themselves were pretty okay, fries were cold.

Overall a 5 star experience I went at 3:45 on a Sunday a lady was working alone in the kitchen and she was the sweetest worker I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s all food was fresh and came fast she definitely deserves a promotion/raise.

Staff needs an attitude check and to double check with customers. Wasn’t even busy and treating people rudely when handing out food in drive thru. Got home with food and the meat to my mcdouble tasted like pure onions. Won’t return.

why are they so rude to non-caucasian people? Every time I go they treat me in a bad way, last night I went for something to eat and the one who was at the till threw my change on the floor, and on another occasion another more adult guy was very rude when taking my order. If you don’t like to see people who are not like you, what are you doing there?
