Stopped here twice traveling. The first time, I asked for a iced decaf coffee and a egg and cheese (no meat) on a bagel. Watched the girl look at the ticket, and then as she made the coffee regular caffeinated. Had to have it remade. 10 min for the sandwich, get out to the car, and its sausage and cheese no egg. The tickets attached were correct however. Had to have remade. Figured ok, maybe someone is having a bad day. Just gave it another shot while traveling and ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. Got back to where Im staying and its a burned hard bagel. Either hire better people or get your crap together.

Outstanding service! My breakfast sandwiches were made perfect and my coffee couldn’t have been better! Not only did they move with such a pretty but they gave me quality at the same time which is very rare! Cheers to all there!

The people were so friendly as well as absolutely incompetent! I placed my order for bagels and cream cheese, a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, all plain, and two bacon topped avocado toasts (remember this). They came back and said “we don’t have enough plain bagels, can we do another?” Sure, my daughter chose to put her sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Odd choice but she was accommodating. So two plain bagels with cream cheese and one cinnamon raisin for the sandwich. A few minutes later, they yell to me from the kitchen to say they did the raisin bagel with cream cheese and the plain for the sandwich.
“Is that right?”
“No, that’s the opposite.”
“Oh…well is it ok?”
“….no…”
I guess I was unreasonable.
Then they bring me the food after a few minutes. All three are plain bagels. I don’t know where they found that last one, but it’s either a little scary or a Christmas miracle!
Oh well. I took the food and met my family in the car. I handed it all out, only to realize there was no bacon on either of the avocado toast, but we had already left.
They were very nice people though.

Me and my sister are wondering why everything here is so good! If dunkies had a restaurant, it would be this. She stirred our drinks with bar spoons, the hash browns were crisped to perfection no excess oil. Omg… just wow. Thank you.

It’s a Dunkin in a convenience store gas station / rest stop show the atmosphere is exactly that. The team working behind the counter makes up for it with warm friendly service. The coffee and snacks are consistent with any duncan.

Worst experience at a Dunkin ever. It took about 5 minutes for the cashier to look up from whatever he was drawing to tend to me. I then proceeded to order a Boston Kreme and for the first time ever, There was no cream in a donut that has the word “Kreme” in it. Imagine the disappointment of taking several bites to get to the creamy part and not have any. Do better Dunkin.

The donuts were fine, but the people were amazing!
They were friendly to begin with but as I was walking outside I spilled my drink and they were kind enough to replace it for me.
The day went from, what else can go wrong….. TO…. I’m glad I stopped at this dunkin’ donuts . Again thanks to that crew!

There is always some inconvenient issue with this Dunkin, whether it’s getting the wrong order, being denied in-app deals, or the card readers failing to work making it a cash-only place. You never know if they’re going to make your coffee the right way. It’s very hit or miss (mostly miss) and could waste your time.
