I used the kiosk like they normally have customers do, no problem. But when I got my food, I was given the wrong pieces of chicken. Annoying, but whatever — mistakes happen.
What really threw me off was the drink. I ordered a frozen lemonade and no one told me the machine had just been refilled, so instead of a frozen drink I basically got lemonade juice. When I tried to ask the employee about it, she got snappy with me and wouldn’t listen.
Then, when I went back to fix the chicken, the employee took the chicken out of my box and put it BACK on the shelf to be served to other customers. That is nasty, unsanitary, and a huge cross-contamination issue. You don’t know what a customer touched or did with the food once it’s handed over.

Ordered online at 5:30 for pick up at 7 for my daughter’s birthday. First time trying Popeyes. First it showed 2 locations at the mall which was incorrect. Then my order was not ready! They said it would be 10-15 minutes! The chicken better be to die for!
My food was finally ready at 7:20. The spicy chicken was delicious! The large side of cole slaw was delicious as well but barely enough for 4 people and the biscuits were heavenly.
So, lesson learned, don’t order ahead just go and wait.

I usually order from here once in a while, but I won’t be doing that anymore. I’m not usually one to have a bad experience but what I just experienced was super unprofessional. I work inside the mall where this Popeyes in located. I ordered a three piece, And when my flu was brought back to me, there was only two. I went back downstairs and went up to the register and informed the lady with the piercing above her lip. I didn’t catch your name, but she was an older African-American woman. She immediately asked me what happened to the third piece and when my food was brought back to me, there was only two. She goes “there was a third piece in here” and I’m trying to inform her that there wasn’t which is why I’m back down here. I work in the mall so I’m always respectful to anyone working in the mall because we’re under the same management, and I know things can get busy. She proceeded to put my third piece in the bag rudely and dropped my bag back down on the counter ripped it more and just turned around. I don’t know if she’s new or not but I haven’t seen her before and that’s just not how you act. I understand if you’re busy you’ll forget things, but insinuating that I’m lying is unprofessional. And deliverance matters!

Very poop service. Very Very slow. The cashier and other lady packing food liked to talk more than do work. Ask for small cashier tried to charge for a medium drink, then dumped it into a small cup and filled it with ice. Cashier dropped cups on floor walked to the back then put them out at counter. The manager wasn’t to he seen Ask for refund she came out very poor attitude, said hard to get good help, maybe it’s poor management. There were 5 employees there plus here. People were waiting 30 minutes for food, never have I ever had an experience at at Popeyes as I did here. I placed large orders before and it’s usually ready in 20 minutes at other Popeyes . As manager for district number and she refused to give it to me. Was there 9 21 2024 2;50 P.M.

Ordered a spicy sandwich combo and 3pc spicy tender combo. Spicy sandwich came out fine and was good though I think it was missing a biscuit. The tenders however were completely wrong. I am pretty sure they gave our tenders to the next guest because I watched them bring out a steaming box and give it to them but ours were not spicy and almost cold. It also took about 20 minutes(the guest two tickets before me had been waiting about 30 minutes already). Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.

I’ve never been, so I asked the cashier “Meme” if they have a special sauce or a gravy or something that’s good with the chicken, and she gave me a stank face and shook her head as if I asked something rude.
Anyways the spicy chicken sandwich was 9/10, could use some sauce. The Cajun fries were 10/10. Mac n cheese was 7/10, needed salt. Tenders were 5/10, because there was more breading than chicken. Also they gave us regular instead of spicy, and didn’t want to fix it.

Have not had Popeye’s chicken in a while. I thought I would give the Kenwood Towne Centre’s location a try since I live nearby. Food was good…otherwise my experience was sub-par. Stood in front of a person in front of a register who eventually told my the guy next to her would take my order. I could barely hear him speak. Took my order..got it ..and realized it was all white meat…..I HATE chicken breasts as they are usually dry. Why did he not ask white meat or dark?? My fault for assuming but you would think that would be the natural question if there is a choice. Also, are Combos the only option? Again, my fault for not asking but I really did not need a side and a drink. Menu only shows combo option…I am certain it is to increase sales. That said, $15 for a 3 piece combo is RIDICULOUS! Is the price higher because it is a Mall? Also, got charged a tax for eating in even though they have it to me in a to go bag. Maybe a policy since there is an eating area but still. Food was really good but because of the issues I described I will not be returning to this establishment

I was told my Ubereats order wasn’t on their screen, yet I saw a big bag that looked like my order and saw the employee “swipe the screen”
He says “We don’t have your order”
I spend 30+ minutes with Ubereats telling them what happened and had to fight tooth and nail for 15$ refund because either they purposely completed my order or Ubereats doesn’t work at this location.
Do not go here. You will just waste time.
