I’m quite iffy. Food is always fresh and hot, very good. Although, today when I went, I was waiting for my order at the counter. I look into the back because you can see it from there, and one staff member is crying to another? All the other staff members are doing absolutely nothing, just standing around and talking. Only one person was actually working, and they were doing drive thru. Another day, I ordered at the kiosk, and decided to do cash. I then went to the counter so I can pay, and it took 15 minutes just for someone to come up. Many other staff members passed by during that time, but just said “someone will be right with you.” Also, some staff members are incredibly nice, which I appreciate, but some others are quite gloomy. I had a staff member say to me “What do you want?” I understand people have bad days, I do too, but I don’t think you need to have such an attitude. Save it for later.

Checked out the new McDonald’s on woodmen road. Don’t go much to these types of restaurants, but my wife was looking for the exclusive Happy meal toys. The staff were helpful and attentive. Service was great. food came out hot and fresh. There are procedures I was not aware as they do not have a fountain station to refill your own drink. If you ask for a refill they will make make you a new fresh foundation drink. Also, there were several new kiosk to order from. And a indoor kid’s fun house. Great time, we would return again.

We literally live 1 minute from this location. I called Lena and asked if she could add a jelly pack to the order and she said yes. I also requested the food be made fresh. She said “we alway made it fresh, it just depends on how far the delivery is” I said ok great we live acrossed the street so that won’t be an issue. The delivery driver was great. The food that was sealed. However, the sausage buscuit was hard, old and stale. It had no cheese as I requested. The sausage McMuffin was hard and old. We literally threw away the food it was so bad. THERE IS NO WAY they made that fresh! I ordered the food b/c we had a busy day…. so so I didn’t get to call until the following day. I spoke to Lena the next day explaining what happened and she said there is nothing she can do since it was ordered through door-dash. I understand mistakes happen but not being willing to make it right is foul & I won’t be ordering breakfast from there again.

I went to go get a 6 piece chicken nugget and asked for creamy chili sauce. She lady proceeded to tell me there no longer selling it anymore. Then when I moved up windows I asked again and she said they did have it. She straight up lied to me to my face!!!!

I don’t know who the manager is at this location but I’ve never once encountered one being stingy on sauce. I spent over $40 and my 40 nugget option came with 6 and he gave us none. Very whack, shoutout to the guy doing the curb side on 11/23 at night who was very polite and effectively working. The reviews are already bad and if the franchise owner wants to actually do better and cares, then promote the young talent like the curbside dude and get rid of the manager with the college degree that does them no good.

Worst experience ever!!!! I ordered a meal through the drive thru and was asked if I wanted anything else. I said no. I was told to pull forward. I then asked if they wanted to know what I wanted to drink with my meal. To which I was told to pull forward. I wasn’t sure if I heard them right because there was a loud septic truck pumping sewage in their parking lot. I asked the employee to repeat himself. Then a very angry and loud female employee came on and yelled at me to just pull around. I said that was okay and told them I would go somewhere and else and to have a good day. To which she replied “You do that”! When I called into the building I was met with the same angry employee and she said she was the manager at first and began yelling at me again and then hung up. I called back in and she continued to yell at me and would not let me speak and said she wasn’t the manager and hung up on me again. I believe her name was Lena , but not entirely sure because she was yelling the whole time. I went to Wendy’s where they didnt yell, took my drink order without me needing to ask and was greeted by a very pleasant employee. This is not the first time I have had horrible service at that location. I won’t be back.

This has got to be the most poorly managed McDonald’s in Colorado. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. I ordered 4 burgers at the drive through, only got 3. By the time I noticed I was several miles down the road. Not only was the service slow, evidently the workers cannot count.
The manager replies to all bad reviews with a stock link, telling people to provide more info there, off Google. How about taking the information in the reviews to heart and train your staff!?

I rarely go to McDonald’s anymore, but had business in the area and got a craving for a double quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and chocolate milkshake. There were about 6 cars ahead of me in the drive through so I expected the food to be really hot and fresh. The burger was great, but the fries were lukewarm and rubbery and shouldn’t have been served. The 2 employees I interacted with were very nice. I always round up because I know a few people who have needed Ronald McDonald house. It’s a great service that you hope you’ll never need.

I have used the curbside pickup 2 times in the last month and it has taken an excessive amount of time. Today was literally just an order of 3 large fries and it took 28 minutes! I even had to call the store to let them know how long it had been. The food is always good (per my kids as I don’t eat fast food). It seems as they have a designated food runner for curbside as they wear a vest. Please be mindful of long wait times. The line in the drive thru was very long and I was glad I used pre-ordered pick up. The drive thru line had gone before I got my fries. Next time I’ll just wait in the drive thru line.
