First I would like to start off by saying pizza factory is probably the best pizza chain out of them all. Now saying that this location does not uphold the quality I have had from the other 3 pizza factories i have been too. I have been to this location a hand full of times and every time they make the pizza too thin. This last time I ordered i asked for them to make sure its not thin and I still got thin pizza. The staff was very friendly and nice and they got the order correct (besides making the pizza thin). I ordered a large pepperoni and it was pretty burnt, I also got a medium Canadian bacon and pineapple, a medium combination, and garlic bread sticks. Sadly this is the closest pizza factory to where I live but it probably best if I just drive the extra few miles and go to the visalia location. The crazy part about ot is there is a thin crust option i just dont know how much thinner the pizza can get.

Ordered a thick crust pizza and this is what I got. They refused to remake the pizza and the owner refused to speak to me. Nothing but RUDE snobby kids working in the place. Save yourself some trouble and go to dominoes.

Great pizza, nice salad bar set up, great customer service, clean dining and restrooms, fun arcade area for the kids to run around and have fun, majority of the games are like a dollar per game with reloadable game cards! Multiple TV’s with sports playing to go with the pizza! Love to take the family here

My family and I were looking for a new pizza place to try besides the usual big chain pizza places so we decided to try pizza factory. We ordered delivery and got a large pepperoni pizza, potato wedges, spicy sausage sandwich, and originally ordered lasagna but got a call from the store shortly after placing my order and was told they were out of lasagna but they could replace it with any other pasta so I settled for the alfredo pasta (no big deal).
The pizza was not worth the price, rubbery and burnt. Half of the potato wedges weren’t cooked all the way through. The alfredo pasta had absolutely very little to no sauce, and they added chicken after we opted for the no chicken. And the spicy sausage sandwich was a joke, very little sausage and no sauce.
I can honestly say this was one of the worst delivery meals I have had and was definitely not worth the price tag. Not sure if they were just having a bad day today but I will not be ordering from here again.

This was just disappointing! I’m going to have to re-think my pizza options here in porterville. Literally DiGiorno Would have been better Damn pizza was almost as thin as my receipt see Photo. Burnt onions and places On the pizza with zero toppings ♂️not to mention it was cold but it wouldn’t take long for something this thin. Honestly for $35 I expected much better. not happy about it and my guests were laughing at it damn.

Absolutely disappointing. The pizza is a hit or miss. When they make it right it’s very good pizza. The arcade is disappointing considering each claw machine is worth 6-12 credits it is expected to work but no more than half of the claw machines don’t even work properly. I tried playing a few for my daughter and when we pressed the button it wouldn’t move.

Just came here from Visalia for what feels like the first time in a long time, amazing customer service, had the football games on at the perfect volume where you can hear who your talking to and the tv when you change what your focusing on, appetizers came out perfect time difference from the main course, the pizza tasted amazing and was exactly how I requested with special instruction, can’t wait to come back! Miss this place!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone here twice and both experiences involve RATS. Yup, RATS.
In January of 2024 I was going to order a pizza and to my luck a dead rat came rolling out of the oven. The poor employees tried to hide this from the customers but I saw it. Absolutely repulsive. What kind of business knows there’s a rat problem to this extent and keeps the place open. I was with my friend here and she still wanted a salad but I chose not to eat.
For some reason, I thought I’d give this place another try a year later. I should’ve never gone again. I ordered salad as for I did not trust the pizza oven being infested with rats, but as I’m eating I see yet again ANOTHER RAT scurry across the floor. This is the most disgusting place I have ever visited. I am absolutely astounded that this place is still running I couldn’t believe the state of this restaurant).
I hope the health department comes back and evaluates this restaurant.

So I went with my family to eat here tonight and while we’ve always done takeout through Pizza Factory, we’ve never dined in before and I knew they had an arcade so we wanted to try it. We spent 6 dollars on two fountain drinks and when I walked up to the soda machine I immediately noticed how dirty it was and then spotted a whole ecosystem of mold growing inside the tray. So, opted not to get drinks. We then got our pizza which was good as it usually is and went to the arcade after only to find a rat trap placed on one of the games where you would use your foot to drive. So then I’m like great that would have been good to know before eating the food but hey whatever. Not only that, but any kid could unknowingly get hurt by the trap. The cherry on top of it was that the arcade games are super rigged and if you spend 20 bucks on 80 credits you blow through it super quick because one claw machine try is 12 credits. For a place that’s really well known in Porterville it was really disappointing to see how dirty it is in there.
