Benson is a small town…not a lot of options for pizza and dominos already burned their bridge…. So I normally go with Pizza Hut… well it’s hit or miss, but this was my last straw. I tried the BBQ chicken pizza and added pineapple with tavern style crust. The pizza was awful, crust just tasted dry, no pineapple and like a couple chunks of onion…but the crust was terrible. It takes a lot for me to call and complain, but I did… and the manager gave me a $10 credit on a $20 pizza.

This is the second time I’ve gotten pizza that’s raw/undercooked but the kicker is it’s been from two different pizza huts! Pizza so undercooked that it falls apart. What is wrong with y’all? You’ll never have to worry about me ever placing an order with any pizza hut, I’ll stick to home made or Domino’s. Fyi, I wasted my money because I threw it right in the trash.

I scheduled a pizza for pick up at 515. I paid through the drive thru at 509. They said it would be 5 minutes and they would bring it out to me. I went in at 525. Got my pizza. It was wrong. The pizza comes with double pepperoni and I paid for extra on top of that. I got only the regular amount (pic below). I brought it up with the manager. He let me keep that one and made me another. I was irritated because I scheduled it for pick up so I could hurry up and get home
I ended up spending 35 minutes there when it should have been only 5. But, other than that, the manager did his best to solve the problem, and the second pizza was perfect.

Went a few days ago when they were slow. Great food. Fast service. Went tonight when they were busy. Got neither. Pizza was alright, but the wings were mostly bones. Had to actually ask for the rest of my order. The guy didn’t even look at the receipt before he gave me my order to make sure it was complete. Then rolled his eyes when I asked for something I had already paid for. Never again. I’ve had better wings at domino’s and that’s saying something.

So, first of all use clean water to mop your floor, it’s sticky and gross you can see the swirls of dried dirty mop water on your floor because you’re using dirty mop water. At 7 pm sit at your corner table with your back to Food Lion and look at your floor it’s as gross and the sound it makes as your shoes stick to it. Second do not use a dirty table in your dining room to do food prep, the unwashed hands going in and out of your employees pants and touching her phone while doing food prep is not ok . Management, You have a great staff, raise your standards, they will listen. They will do what you allow!!! Will be back , I hope for better!!

Pizza Hut in Benson delicious pizza but the finished product looks pretty disgusting well I have never have A bad experience like this in any other Pizza Hut but I guess they’re rushing to make the orders in a sloppy fashion.
I really did not enjoy this experience the pasta halfway empty the pizza all the toppings thrown in the middle-minus cheese It got me pretty upset
After a hard days work then you order a pizza and when You pick it up through the drive-through window And this is what you get I checked it after I travel to the house and I didn’t want to turn back because I was too upset. I didn’t want to disrespect my body but this is ridiculous
