Bought 2 chicken strip baskets with gravy, one with cheese curds & one with onion rings.
Chicken was barely lukewarm and gravy was completely cold. Cheese curds also lukewarm warm. Onion rings, all 4 of them, were hot though. Most of both meals went in the trash. Will definitely go to Culver’s next time so my food is hot..

Placed a mobile order and had to wait maybe 10 minutes past estimated pickup time. That’s fine, but when I got my food my pretzels weren’t in their container and it came without any of the queso (the best part). I’d at least expect it to be there with the extra wait. DQ treat and train your employees better. Happier workers do a better job.

Rude- TERRIBLE attendants in drive thru
Tried to order a chocolate ice cream cake, drive thru attendant asked me to repeat what I wanted 4 times. I asked him what sizes they had in the brownie one. Then I ordered a small cone , When he finally seemed to understand what I wanted … he said pull up to the window for your total.
Then they only handed me the cone … when I asked about the cake they Said “ YOU TOOK off” before he could finish my order and he didn’t hear me ask for any cake..??!
Then I was handed over to another staff who said they did not have any cakes. ??
Terrible service .

Would not recommend. I typically love DQ grill and chill, but after ordering a chicken strip basket and pretzel sticks I am completely turned off. Will not go to this location again. My pretzel sticks were hard as a rock on the ends, cheese was as thick as frosting, and chicken strips were cold as well as the fries. I could tell my entire basket was leftover food that was grabbed and not even reheated if necessary. As a food service manager myself these temps should be known before providing to customers especially if they have been sitting out. To top it off my fries were cold and rubbery. Very disappointed.

It’s ridiculous how you pay $4-7 for a blizzard and they REGULARLY…I mean 9 out of 10 times… only fill the blizzard cups an 1/2 to an inch below the top of the cup. IlEvery other DQ around the area (Hudson, Baldwin, etc) will fill it over the top by 1/2 inch or more! We bought 5 blizzards tonight and they were ALL 1/2 Inch below the top. What a rip off. Do better River Falls DQ!
