This Papa Murphy’s is on point, they do a great job, and the prices are fair (even better if you qualify for a military discount, which kudos to you for support our military service men, women, and veterans, I wish more places were like this). The pizza selection is great; but call ahead if you don’t have a lot of time to wait cause the secret is out and that place is hopping most of the time. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Don’t just show up on a Friday night and think you’re going to go in place your order and in 5-10 minutes you’re going to be leaving. More like place your order go to Fred Myers and do some shopping and then come back and hopefully it’s done. Just the way it is, which is a good thing in a way–especially when you factor all the lack of customer service and support going on nowadays. Highest recommendation!

I went in for my online order, I got one family pizza with large pepperoni and regular pepperoni. They only put the large pepperoni, I also ordered a CYO salad. When I asked about the salad when they gave me my pizza they said it was in the cooler that only had chicken parm and club salad. It’s pretty disappointing no one is looking at the tickets for your order so it won’t be correct. And only one gentleman was helpful when customers came in. Please read the tickets so customers are satisfied.

The pizza was good and made fast, but when I ordered online it made me leave a tip that was minimum 15%. I dont mind tipping, and wanted to tip $4 for 2 pizzas because I am picking them up, cooking them, and serving them myself. But I was forced to tip almost $7 because it kept giving me an error message when I tried to do a custom tip amount.

Online orderd an hour before I showed up at my pickup time. When I arrived they told me I was early even though I was 5 minutes past my pick up time and had an attitude when I called them out of the pick up time. Had to wait 25 minutes for them to complete my order. The order ended up being wrong too and had to scrape off green onions when we ordered green peppers.

Update: I went to the locations specific website and there was a place to chat. I told someone else the issue and was given a code to replace my pizza. Maybe the person at guest relations just couldn’t of cared less. But my issue was resolved. They deserve at least 4 stars now instead of one.
The employees at the location are great. However last week when I ordered the Canadian bacon was green the next day and super green 2 days after. I threw away half the pizza. When I wrote an email to guest services I was given a code for 25% off an online order. It was frustrating they were only willing to replace 25% of the pizza when I threw away half. Also I use food stamps and you can’t pay online with them. When I mentioned this and asked if a coupon could be sent to my house they refused. Horrible customer service!

Not my first time or my last time going to a Papa Murphy’s, they have very good quality food, no matter the type, pizza, salad, desert, etc. Even when being told they’re out of a certain thing they will go look for a few minutes to make sure they’re actually out, and they sometimes come up with that missing item you wanted. Very nice workers, making sure they give you the right thing before you leave the building, double checking before they put stuff on the pizza you ordered which is always nice.

I love their Pizza. It’s very easy to cook. As a tip, I usually take the tray off the last couple minutes of the bottom gets extra crispy. My favorite is the Gourmet vegetarian with an original crust.

order in person or online both are pleasant experiences. we live a long way from town so Take n’ Bake works well for us. A bit more toppings would be nice, Flavor profiles are a bit plain, we take it home and add jalapenos.
