I actually love this place so much. Their accents are sometimes hard to understand but I have never had a bad experience with them, the food in my opinion is always good, the boba is AMAZING, they are pretty fast when their not busy, and it feels so homey to be here. Overall 10/10 love coming here. Ps I suggest getting a strawberry boba with jelly, delicious

Pho costs around 13$-16$. The poor customer service is real. The person taking your order just sits on the phone at the front service counter. We had to grab our own waters. Pho broth tastes exactly like what everyone said: bland, watered down, and no real flavor. Best way I can describe it is clean. Food isn’t bad though and they give a good bit of meat.

Poor food quality and service. When we ordered the sweet and sour stir fry for my Mom who cannot have anything spicy, it came out with chili in the sweet and sour sauce. We asked if we could change it for something different but they told us no. We would have to pay. The chicken katsu was dry and like eating breaded hockey pucks. The pho was ok, nothing spectacular other than it’s at least cheap. Grocery store deli food is better quality. Don’t bother coming here unless there’s nothing else open, and even then Walmart is just down the road for better quality service and food. If this had a negative star, I would give it -2. I should have been more diligent reading the reviews.

Walked in and stood at counter for like 9 min no one said anything to us , that should of been red flag #1 my body was telling me to leave i should have listened, we ordered 1 large pho I Pork vemacili noodle dish , 2# red flag The large pho was a small no joke I should have ordered that size, #3red flag my soup came with no basil in or on the side it had no garlic floating barley any onion and in replace of the basil was a glob of cilantro which is not basil ,I was taken back and asked if I could have some basil please, his response was his customer dont like it so he doesn’t order it I looked around and there were no customers in the place red flag #4,what a joke lol so I was like we’ll what about the customers who do …. it was 40 dollars for those dishes I think we are done for a while eating out the tone is you get less for more and customer service is non existent this is a shame everywhere we have gone over the last 3 years…also in 20 years of eating at pho I have NEVER not had basil as a add in waist of money and meal my time and food … my stomach is growling as im writing this in frustration about my money and still super hungry smh this owner is a joke and probly won’t be there for much longer

Flu season is here, let alone the notorious COVID, yet some restautants like this one still want diners to use common plastic chopsticks and spoons piled up on the table. These utensils could have been cross contaminated when kids play with them as they are waiting for their food, possibly by adults as well when they sort through the pile.
Very greasy place and unsanitary. I asked the guy for a pair of bamboo chopsticks (wrapped) and obviously he was unhappy and started complaining loudly in Vietnamese. Can’t you even wait to whine after customer leaves. Their pho was plain, no basil since they substitute it with only a tiny piece of cilantro.

Don’t waste your money here. The portion sizes are absolutely tiny. Paid $15 for fried rice and it was such a small amount it didn’t even fill me up. Probably enough for a small take out box. So mad I wasted money here. I will never be back.
