This is like my third review of this place, first it was bad, then it got better, and now it’s gotten much worse. Last year, around August I got food poisoning from there which was reported to them. When I finally felt like having some again in December it did not taste very good at all. And I got another one tonight, it was a new flavor but like the last one it’s just like barely flavored water is what it taste like. They used to be so good. Honestly I got it for free and if I had paid for it I would have been really upset!! Unacceptable – especially at $8 pretty smoothie. I even threw the one tonight away, see photo-all that, and I’ve Never done that!

I had a terrible time logging into my phone app last week at this store. A young lady at this store was so helpful and patient in getting my app to open.
Shortly after I contacted the online help from the company website for further assistance to straigthen out my app login information. The support team service I received to resolve my issue was exceptional.

Every time I come here it’s either only 1 person to take orders AND make those sorry watered down smoothies with a long line or the food just flat out sucks. Ordered a kale salad and got a bowl of carrots. Like come on. I get it that hiring teenagers saves you money by paying them $10 an hour but can we at least get what we pay for as customers???

First time visiting this location and will definitely be my last! Stopped in with my wife and son, and promptly and warmly greeted when we walked end. That is where the pleasantries ended. First I had to ask for napkins to clean off my table, then as I was waiting for my wife and son to come out of the restroom, a young lady who I am assuming was “in charge” didn’t like me sitting there waiting for my family so in a very disconcerting manner, she asked me if I had been helped. The entire staff saw us come in and greeted us, so her problem with me sitting there waiting for my family was an absolute issue! It took a unusually longer than normal time to get our food. Overall, my food was as good as it normally is, but the customer relations at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

I came to this location to get a blimey limey with no water but extra orange juice. The cashier lady informed me that they couldn’t make it without the water indicating the blender might burn without the water in it. I have never been told this as many times as I had this drink. The extra orange juice would make up for the water you think smh. I went out of my way to come here to be told some bs. I will not be back and I love my smoothie from here. Maybe the employees need to be trained that if you’re trading a liquid for a liquid that should the blender should be fine. Never had any problems before!!

I recently had a wrap that I absolutely adored. The staff at this location are consistently wonderful. Although there can be a slight wait at times, it’s never too much to handle. Lastly , Teresa is fantastic. She is incredibly friendly and possesses outstanding customer service skills.

First of all, I try not to go more than twice a week. I love their avocadolada smoothie. Sorry I finished before I remembered to take my picture. It is so so good! I also love their green bowl. It has the perfect amount of toppings and honey. The customer service is good and they are fast at getting your order out, which is a plus for me.

That is the worst experience I have ever had! Walked in, was completely ignored! I had to ask if they were open and she acted annoyed and said “yeah we open” didn’t want to take my order at all. A couple walked in after me and the responses was completely different! Your store lost out on a large order for 4 people because of a terrible attitude and ZERO service! Whoever worked this weekend 12/20/2025 needs to be retrained or fired!

Oh baby.. this will be my very last time ordering from here. I’ve never had so many problems with a tropical smoothie but this one. If you don’t order in person, trust me the order he going to be WRONG. The quickest way for them to hurry and make the order they will. You a tell they are careless and try to rush every single time they make the order. So that lets me know I don’t need to be eating there and for them to keep doing it, that means management does not care either.
