Recently I Stopped by Bellacinos recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. It is definitely a spot I would visit again. The dining room was clean and comfortable with a casual, family-friendly vibe and quick, attentive service from the staff. I ordered the Italian sub, and it was excellent. The bread was warm and perfectly toasted, the meats were flavorful, and the melted cheese tied it all together. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The onion rings were good. They had a satisfying crunch and were nicely browned, but they fell a little short of great. I would have liked a bit more onion-to-batter ratio and a touch more seasoning. Portions were generous for the price, and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, making it a great choice for a relaxed weeknight meal or a casual family dinner.
If you are in the area and want dependable, tasty Italian-style comfort food with friendly service, Bellacinos is worth a stop.

I’m not really sure how to rate this place because the food is not bad however, the atmosphere the aura about it is very unwelcoming. The employees are not friendly whatsoever except maybe the evening manager Vicky is more friendly but to go there at lunchtime is almost like robotic they take your order they make your order you receive your order. You either eat there or you go there’s no conversation there’s no friendliness and I kind of feel out of place. I would not bring a guest with me and I definitely learned to take my food to go and eat it somewhere else versus the other restaurants locally who are very friendly and their food is just as good s bellacinos so if I had to go someplace to eat and dine in, it would not be at Claypool Hills location. They didn’t do anything wrong per se …It’s just every single employee was so unfriendly ,if you say hi “ they say “can I help you ? if you say have a nice day “they say you too “
maybe it’s upper management not treating them well and they’re taking it out on the customers, I don’t know but it’s just that we’re feeling in there now. I do have to admit I did not experience any interaction with a waitress in there my last visit ( because I just rather grab it and leave) so maybe they’re more friendly than the counter people and the people making the food. Even the woman who is working the oven is fast paced doing her job, but she too was Moody and unfriendly. I guess you’ll have to dine in there and find out for yourself. Or maybe you have to be a steady customer in some kind of click, but even the customers didn’t look like they were enjoying their lunch maybe they enjoyed their food, but no one was talking or laughing. It’s a real bizarre atmosphere.

I’ve been going here for my whole life. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. I ordered online for the first time today and I can’t even begin to describe how the food was. I ordered a six piece of hot wings, and a side salad. The hot wings didn’t even have any sauce on them and they were so small. And the side salad was also really small. I paid practically 20 dollars for this meal. The wholesome reason why I’m making this comment is because of the quality of the food. Also the man at the counter acted like I didn’t pay for the food until I showed him the receipt on my phone. I’ve always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, I’ve never had anything wrong with my food till now. I used to love the atmosphere that this sit-down offers and I hope to see it grow later in the future.

Bellacinos in Cedar Bluff is the best. The pizza outstanding. The grinders are also outstanding. The restaurant is immaculate. The people who serve are very friendly and accommodating to requests. Of all the pizza places to eat at there is no other place. For great food, great service, and a great price come to Bellacinos.

I went late at night and was the only person there. The wait for 12 wings & small salad took a Lil longer than expected being I was the only person there. Staff are approachable, smiling & facility is cleaned/well maintained.
Food was good however pricey. It was $20 for the 2 items I got. Also ranch is a store bought packet & they put that same ranch in the small containers for the wings. I’d recommend making the ranch in house, it’s always better that way. Overall, food was good.
