After seeing the great reviews, I decided to try Sizzling Spices—and it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the kindness and attentive service made me feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the quality for the price is outstanding. Their mid-range pricing is more than fair for what you receive.
Thank you for being such a wonderful addition to our community. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been here three times and each has been great. I love flavor and Indian cuisines bring it. This restaurant definitely makes a great meal. I kept picturing someone’s family matriarch in the kitchen. I was given a complimentary papadam upon arriving. It was very thin, crispy and flavorful. Their chutney was great. I asked for seconds! I chose lamb curry medium spicy. I also ordered Garlic naan and the garlic was not overtaking. I was worried I would not be able to handle the spicin and ordered a glass of red wine. Even being small and casual, they served the wine in a very upscale manner.
My curry was not painful whatsoever. Medium was perfect and not something that would had made my mouth hurt.
I truly enjoyed my dinning experience here. Will make a plan to visit monthly

Definitely going back to try more of the menu! Excellent service and atmosphere. I sampled the Tikka Masala, the Chicken 65 and Vegetable Samosas. Delicious, tender, hot and full of flavor. Cannot say enough good things and highly recommend!!

While working in Woodstock, this hole in the wall place was recommended as one of the best places in town. I have not had much luck with Indian food in past. The service from the first step inside the door was exceptional. The restaurant is small, probably only seating 30 customers at a time. We arrived very early for dinner and had the place to ourselves. Very comfortable and inviting. I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo and my wife ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. While we waited for our food, she had an exceptional Chardonnay and I had possibly the best glass of iced tea on the planet. It was black tea, but spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. FANTASTIC! The vindaloo was great. I asked for hot and it did not disappoint. It was super flavorful and very hearty. My wife’s only response when I asked how hers was, a single word, “Amazing”. If you are in Woodstock, Georgia, find your way to this little family owned place and enjoy. Best Indian food I have ever eaten.

Amazing and delicious! This was our 2nd visit to Sizzling Spices and it has not yet disappointed me! I ordered something different each visit and both meals were exquisite! The service is great, the vibes are cozy, and it’s the perfect warm, spicy, flavorful meal!! Just finished my leftovers and can’t stop thinking about how tasty it was!

Decent Indian. I thought it was expensive for the proportions which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 4. We had to lamb dishes. The lamb tandoori and lamb curry. Nothing stood out to make this place super unique. I thought there was good flavor and good spice level. But not overall overwhelmed by it. I do think it is one of the better restaurants in downtown Woodstock though!! I wouldn’t say I would never go again. I think the lamb was a good choice and I do have to say I loved to roti they served at the beginning of the meal!!

This place was SO GOOD!!! Me and my parents came here, we loved it. Atmosphere really fits the “fine dining” experience. Staff was so friendly and willing to answer all the questions we had about the food! Food was really good too!! Really caters to people who have never had Indian food before. The food wasn’t very filling, but was full of spices. If you’re sensitive to spice, tell them you don’t want any spice. Oh, and don’t get that chicken biryani if you’re sensitive, too. Almost cried when I took a bite my mom offered me. 10/10.

Small places have the best food! This is a cozy restaurant that my family of 3 visited. We chose the butter chicken which you can’t go wrong with. The samosas were also delicious and filling. The flavors were there, the staff were sweet and accommodating of my toddler, prices are normal. So glad we don’t have to drive 30 minutes for a good Indian cuisine anymore. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! What a great new restaurant for the area.
We came in for dinner based on a recommendation from friends and we were quite pleased.
The service from the time we walked in until we left was fantastic. We felt welcomed and were not rushed at all throughout the meal.
The suggestions for our meal were great and the portions are a nice size so we could order two and share. I recommend sharing the entrees so you can taste more of this delicious food.
You can also have the spice level adjusted to your taste so if you are on the shy side of spicy, you don’t have to worry.
There’s beer and wine available for the adults as well.
I’m happy that we have this option in Woodstock now. We’ll be going back, and bringing friends.
Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience here. Sat outside. Our server was extremely kind to go over the menu with us and explain about the different options, share some of his personal favorites. The garlic naan bread with spicy mango chutney and yogurt dip and the lamb curry with rice was probably my favorite. The mix grill was very good. I highly recommend.
