We ordered take out because I’m not a huge fan of the bar scene. They have plenty of seating for dinners, but I haven’t sat to eat here yet. I swung in for a salad and my husband got their burger basket. Everything was delicious and they were happy to give us some ketchup in a to go container. They were even kind enough to bag our meals separately so that the heat from my husband’s didn’t wilt my salad.

If you love shoe string thin fries done perfectly go here. I also had a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It had lots of pickles which was great and was indeed very spicy . I appreciated the heat. Also chicken portion was much bigger than bun size so great value. The service was great as always the times I’ve been here. They really make customers feel welcome nice hospitality. Also the place is extremely well kept up and clean. The Red Hen is a great Dilworth lunch spot and II definitely can’t wait to go eat there again.

Came in here to pick up an order as a Doordash delivery driver, and when I walked in, they barely acknowledged my presence and offered no help. When I finally got someones attention about the order I was picking up, all I got was a very rude response all while nobody went and checked on it for me. Will not be back as a customer

We had Apps and drinks. Sampler, sliders, chips and queso. Everything was great.
Quite a few people so the servers were busy and did an excellent job.
Sunday lunch, Chicken ranch wrap, street tacos, and nachos!
Dry rub wings are delicious!!!! Boneless wing special on Thursday.
Giving them the #1 traditional wing in FM award… so good!!

Yesterday was my first time at The Red Hen, and it’s easy to understand why. Tucked in behind the CVS off of highway 10 this hidden gem is easy to miss, but certainly worth stopping in. The tap house has a clean, well-maintained look that makes it seem as if the place had just opened, but on the contrary, this establishment has been slingin’ drinks and serving food for the last six years. After looking at the menu and taking the advice of the helpful bartender I chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich. Something I usually wouldn’t get, but is a popular choice. When I got my food not only was I surprised, I was impressed. The sandwich was a large delicious mess that requires two hands and a stack of napkins. It was easy to see why this was a favorite amongst the customers. I entered famished and I left full. Overall a very satisfying experience.

We’ve been here a few times and the food and atmosphere has always been excellent. The servers seem to do their job duties well but could use some work on people skills. Nothing bad, just did the bare minimum with taking the order and bringing the food out.

I got the chicken cordon blue (no honey mustard) with a side of waffle fries and was amazed at how good the food was. Great service and prices were very fair as well. Coming back for sure!

Tessa was the server. She bar none gave me the worst service ive ever had. She ignored me for ten minutes when i tried to place a drink and order food. She then gave me attitude when i told her we had an event at 7 saying well get there earlier when i was there at 545 and she ignored me a refund. Then gave me more attitude when i cancelled my order and asked for a manager above her. Will not ever come back as her service set the bar for worst service ive ever been given.
