Not so great customer service 2/5 stars for customer service. the welcoming was not warm at all, made us want to leave. they don’t give you clean drinking cups. I ordered a can sprite it was warm and they also gave me a dirty cup with ice
The food was okay …. They charge more for a large bowl but the portion seems to be the same as the regular (smaller size ) bowl . They have no appetizers like spring rolls for example, so when we asked if we could order spring rolls the man rudely said “no just noodle” ! As if we aggravated him with that question alone. I wouldn’t recommend this pho spot to anyone and I actually wish that me and my mother went to our usual spot that is right around the corner from this place called pho viet .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a roach circling the table once our food came out. It quickly met up with it’s friend – now there’s TWO roaches above our table. My date still wanted to pay for our meal when our waitresses tried to KEEP OUR CHANGE for a tip. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. Do not dine here.

Food was good, but service is nonexistent they take your order and after go on their phone and do whatever. When walking away they stopped me and forced me to give a tip, cash fell out of my pocket and they took it and put it in the tip jar. Food is good but would not recommend.

Pho 75 has always had some of the best Pho anywhere.

And that’s where it ends for them.

Service is non-existent and can at times be very difficult to dine here for lack of etiquette.

On one occasion, there was a huge fight in the kitchen, and we could hear them very clearly, fighting and yelling for almost 10 minutes. Being with our kids, it was not a pleasant experience.

If you’re coming here for a pleasant dining experience, then Pho 75 is not the place for you.

But the Pho is good.
And if you want good Pho. Then Pho 75 is the place for you.

Oh, and bring cash.

This was my first pho restaurant, ever since I was a kid, but something’s change, it was my favourite, it was iconic for its savory flavor and authenticity! But
Now it’s oily, flavor is bland, they changed the recipe, the atmosphere, the smell when you walk in, the broth and mint leaves, I don’t smell it, it’s really sad! Cause it was my favorite.

They need to get back the original recipe and bring the aroma back!!! Make online orders available! Modernize the place, and then I can see this place getting big like it used to be. God bless

I love this place! The store has amazing vibes and even better food. We barely had to wait for our pho and the staff were so kind. Definitely recommend for casual dining or family meals. We got 3 Teas, 2 Regular bowls, and 1 large Bowl for only $40 dollars. We were even given sides of been sprouts and greens free of charge.

This is my favorite place for pho!
The tendon and tripe just dissolve in your mouth.
The broth is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been going here for at least 15 years on and off.
It’s worth the trip!

A great place to slurp down giant bowls of soup. Broth was savory, meats were tender, herbs were fresh, and noodles plentiful. Best pho I’ve ever had. Service was incredibly quick, served less than 5 minutes after I ordered. I left full and happy, and I spent $25 (including tip) on a massive meal for two.

In response to some other criticisms I saw in these reviews:
– the bathrooms and dining area all appeared clean
– the menu is small. Like any place with “pho” in the name, they specialize in serving pho and not much else.
– the service wasn’t especially friendly, because this isn’t an effing Chili’s, you come here to eat noodles.

Amazing Pho! Broth is flavorful and the amount of meat is huge. Broth is not salty or sweet. Well balanced and not greasy. Best pho

We’ve been to different pho 75′ branch stores for over 7 years. The food and service have been so good. However, today, a female server asked for tips when we were about to leave the store, which my father in law already did when he paid at the counter!!(he put tips into the tip basket at the counter) The lady asked for tips again to leave on the table, which makes no sense at all, especially with this type of service level !! ‍♀️ ‍♀️ my husband is not happy with the ask to tip twice, so he left another 5 bucks at the tip basket at the counter instead of leaving on the table. I hope the management see this post so that they know they are losing customers due to this rude lday.
