First of all we spent 30 something minutes trying to place an order in the system wouldn’t let us until we finally downloaded the app and it went through. Even though How to make it a cash payment I called the store to inform them to bring enough change because it wouldn’t let me do a card payment In the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful in a way where I would never want to order from Domino’s again after this experience.

I ordered delivery, and even with a broken foot I happily agreed to meet the driver at the front of the building, rather than him having to come upstairs. But instead, the delivery driver James, chose to sit in the car, asked me to walk to his car or rather limp, and handed me my food through his car window. His call before hand to let me know he was pulling up was alarming in tone rather than customer service oriented. To top the experience off, I open the boxes to find my chocolate lava cakes smashed in a corner and my pizza cold. I’ve called the store to get assistance from a manager, but told there is no manager on duty and will not be for a few hours. I made sure to ask if the driver was disabled before making my complaint, and was informed that they do not have a disabled driver that is required to stay in the car during deliveries. Inconvenienced by time money and the lack of customer service that I have received, not to mention the most important thing, the food.

**UPDATE 1-8-2021** They let me down. This is one is usually one of my fav pizza spots. Tonight they let me down. I ordered a pizza at 6:14 PM, I received it at 7:28. I called to inquire about the pizza at 7:11. Was told the wait time on the website may not be accurate & that I need to call the store. How would I know that? Never had an issue before. I asked for compensation for my inconvenience, I was on hold for 30 min! I stayed on just to see how long they would leave me on there. Pizzas were overcooked also.***

I called this dominos to put in an order last night. I wanted to use a gift card but they said they couldn’t put it in over the phone. So when my friends and I went into the restaurant to pick it up we were told they didn’t have our order and that our order had gone to a call center and they never got the order. We called the number while we were in the restaurant a few times and it rang in the store every time. Overall they could have just told us it was too late for the order or that they didn’t have what we needed but to lie to our faces is unacceptable.
