So I don’t understand what the issue is with the Healdsburg Subway and doing mobile orders through the app but every single time I’ve gotten a sandwich from the mobile app and like I gotta pick it up from Subway it is soaking wet and you know usually it’s not too bad however, today I bite into my sandwich. It’s soaking wet. I get home. You know I open it up the bread. The bread doesn’t even have any mayonnaise or anything. Any sauces on it and the bread is soaking wet. It actually makes a sound when I touch it and it’s really disgusting and honestly, I don’t know what the issue is but you guys need to fix it because this is ridiculous. Every. Single. Time. On the app the sandwhich’s are nasty and gross and not even what I order. Charging the prices you charge and then this is what the product comes out too is ridiculous like Are you serious? Oh and my meat was HARD so either I got the employee that hates their job or suddenly I have an opp at subway I don’t know but this is ridiculous

Pre-Ordered 18 twelve-inch subs to pick up early Sunday morning for our group of hungry triathletes. They kindly cut and wrapped each half separately which saves $ vs ordering six inch subs. All was well-made, generously filled, neatly packed, and ready on time and exactly as promised. The manager, Lulu, was courteous and helpful.

Every time I go they are closed! They are closed by 7:00pm ! I see employees inside, they see me trying to open the door and they just turn around and ignore me. The website and the door sign says their open til 9pm… the neon sign is on OPEN!!
I guess they don’t want business, change your sign and website if you are closing earlier! So frustrating!!!!!

Would have been better, but the guy who was working behind the counter could have cared less. Forgot the Mayo and mustard. Sand which was very dry and wheat bread tasted stale. Won’t be back. Find a different sandwich shop!!!

This Subway (or Subway in general) has to be the worst. Buy a salad for $5 + .50 for avocado (1 small scoop). There was literally not even a handful of shredded lettuce, (I thought she would put some veggies on, and add more lettuce, but no…. 5 very thin slices of cucumber (which I had to ask for more) 5 thin slices of tomato, bell pepper (had to say a lot, please). Not enough oil and vinegar to taste – avocado past its prime…. total rip off. Same goes when you order a veggie sandwich – they are so chintzy with the veggies – and make you feel guilty for asking for more of something. This will be my last visit – I will wait in line at Safeway, or go anywhere else but here. Have never, ever seen a sandwich made here that looks anything like the pictures or commercials. I would give them one star.
