Took 25 min to get my order taken sitting at the drive thru speaker. Then took another 20 min to even get my food. Several employees are working when all of this is happening. But they all seem to be worried about people walking in. Why have a drive thru if you’re not going to use the dang thing? Do better or close the drive thru.

Food is decent, I mean it’s a panda, but lately I’ve just had terrible experiences with them, I typically go here as it’s the closest to my house, and I’ve just continued to have bad experiences. First off, let’s start with the ordering food online thing, I’ve ordered food multiple times off of their app, and it will take hours and I’ll have atleast 3-5 dashers cancel my order. I finally ordered it for pick up and went it. They ignore the dashers, waited 20 mins to pick up my own food and there was no one in the lobby or drive thru. And today I waited a hour and a half for my order, I should have just not been lazy and gone in. Second off, the drive through, waited for 20 mins for someone to take my order when the lobby was clearly empty and drive through had 1 other car plus me. And everything I wanted they were out of apparently, mind you it’s only like 6-7 at this time so I didn’t go before closing. I’ve never read the reviews for this location but after reading them I won’t be coming back. Train your employees correctly and learn how to run a business correctly. Seriously so sad. Also just to mention the owners only seem to care about the reviews regarding how it looks inside. Not how shitty they run the place.

I absolutely love the food panda express offers, and I haven’t ever had any REAL issues with this location. But if you plan on door dashing an order, don’t expect to get any sauces with it. Every single time I order food from here through door dash, I order teriyaki chicken, but they NEVER add a packet of the actual teriyaki sauce, or even a packet of soy sauce for that matter. Maybe it’s just me, but usually when you order teriyaki chicken, you want the damn teriyaki sauce. It ruins my night every night when I see I paid $25+ to have food delivered that’s only half of what i expect it to be.

Im a frequent customer of this location, yet the past few months it has gone severely downhill. Food quality has gone down DRASTICALLY. Not to mention the employees don’t seem to get any work off or they are not trained in food safety since they are coughing/sneezing on the food as well as using bare hands to push food into the boxes when it falls out. I was so disgusted by seeing this and left immediately. I recommend taking an extra few minutes to drive to a nearby location. I suggest for others to look into reviews for this location.

Anytime I do an online order at this location and I get the notice that it’s ready, it never is. Writing this review as I literally am waiting, ten minutes after I got the pick up notice. I get that you all have metrics to follow, but I live really close. Why have me wait?
Not to mention the newly raised prices on what is already so little. Avoid buying a bowl here unless you want three pieces of chicken, stick with a plate at minimum which they will still skimp on in an online order. Going to stop buying from here at this point, because whatever convenience there was has left over the last few months.

Came here November 2nd @7pm. Me and my brother dined-in, and wow this place was bad, dining area was a mess, dirty tables, dirty floors. No forks or napkins by the soda machine. Had to wait 5 min after we received our meals to get forks. Workers not friendly at all, they definitely don’t care about their jobs. Short white girl was very rude, chicken looked weird, didn’t look like white meat chicken! Noodles and rice were ok although very bland. Workers station was gross, food all over the metal counter top. Absolutely will never go back here. Very mid food.

Weird interaction where it was straight out of the twilight zone. Made me wait a long time while no cars ahead or people inside to take my order. Then I ask for fried rice, there is none, it’ll be 3 min, prob. Teriyaki chicken? 10 min wait. For grilled chicken? Cya.
