They never have hot and ready pizzas and the other night I called in our order and when we got there to get it the guy at the register said they would have to remake our pizza because he gave it away to someone else. At first he acted like he wouldn’t even be able to remake it because he has already cleaned the oven and i told him that he needed to turn the oven back on and remake my pizza since he gave it away and he didnt like that….He also told me that I wouldn’t be able to get my wings that I ordered because they was out… but whenever another worker overheard him telling me that he went up to him and told him that we do have wings and that they was in the back but the guy at the register just didn’t want to do his job.

I just moved down in the Macclenny area & needed a quick place to eat. Not only did I walk in to get a pizza, but I got some bomb food and a show. The staff there all shared a few laughs and good conversation, very different from the people who work like robots with no personality lol. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and that’s exactly what I needed to see when moving to a new place. I definitely see myself coming back. Yall rock!

I called for the entire 45 minuets driving home from work. I wanted 1 pizza. No one ever answered the phone. I get here, no peperoni made it’s a 10 minute 2 customers picking up their order. About 8 employees working. No one answered the phone. I watched an employee stand right by the phone while it ringing and he ignored it.

This was the first time I bought pizza from Little Caesars in years. I used the app to order my food, and I thought it was a very user-friendly process from start to finish. They have a much bigger selection of food than they used to. When I got there, my order was hot & ready. The only reason I gave only four stars is because for whatever reason, the app was not aware that my food was ready, and I never got a notification that it was. I just went in and asked. Had I waited, my food may have been cold. There’s a disconnect there somewhere. When you roll out new technology, it needs to work properly, and it also needs to be maintained to continue working properly.
