Basic customer service is completely lost at this location. Delivery took over an hour and when it finally arrived, it was only one item of the three ordered. The one pizza that arrived had the seal broken, with zero explanation as to why. When we explained we were missing the rest of our order, the delivery person said, “well you will just have to can”, got back in her vehicle and drove off.

I ordered 8 large pizzas for an after school club. The pizza was ready as promised, made exactly the way it was ordered and I received help going to my car. The kids devoured those pizzas. Thank you to Alpha!! I had a very great experience. Especially for keeping me on schedule.

I walked in and I must say these kids y’all hired are rude and lack customer service skills. Soon as I walked in, without even greeting me the little girl at the front says, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” She comes back, still no greeting and asks, “You here to pick up?” I grabbed my pizza and something told me to check it, but I waited until I got home to realize that I paid $2 for the original pan crust and even added a tip only for me to get a hand tossed pizza that was very poorly made. It’s not about the $2–I can assure you—great customer service goes a long way. Great customer service will have a person bypass their order being made wrong just to rave about the service. But this place is filled with poorly trained kids who can’t even read orders correctly or greet customers properly. Please do better! And stop charging people extra for preferences y’all don’t even care to ensure we get!

First time trying the $2 Tuesday deal and never again, stranded for almost an hour just to keep getting told that it’s 8 orders ahead of us. My pick up time was 1:30 i made it at 1:30 just to leave at 2:20. Got 4 specials 3 of the orders had no cheese on they. Like very rushed. I’m sure they seen it when they closed the box and didn’t care. I let it go because it wasn’t much money spent but definitely had to leave a review.

Never did get my pizza after waiting for almost an hour. Tried to call for a refund, no one answered the phone, not to mention the dirtiness of the establishment. Ended up placing an entirely new order at a different location and driving 20+ minutes to pick it up. I’ll never order from this location again

We ordered 3 pizzas on line. When the pizzas were delivered we noticed that 1 of the pizzas had no cheese on it , just chicken and barbecue sauce. We immediately called the Pizza Hut location and spoke to a person who ideas the manager, I believe she said her name was Noelle or something close to that. She refused to correct the issue, refused to give us credit, said we were lying and we ordered the pizza with no cheese. Our email confirmation clearly showed pizza with cheese. We are repeat customers , paid $5 for delivery and tipped the driver and this so called manager did not do anything to correct their mistake. Buyer Beware.

July 3, 2024- UPDATE*** Decided to try again. Another disappointment*** uploading photos this time. Ordered a LARGE, but received a MEDIUM PIZZA. I paid $15 to received a large pizza BOX with a MEDIUM PIZZA INSIDE.
2yrs ago- Total disappointment. I live right down the street & Every time I place an order online & get a confirmation number, my phone rings with someone from Pizza Hut telling me there’s no delivery drivers. This is the 3rd time! I’m done with ordering from here. It’s Papa Johns from here on out.

10 out of 10 recommend Dillon was amazing!!! I have had a crappy day all day. He knew nothing just by me purchasing pizza walking into the store seeing the staff cleanup. He was very nice very compassionate about my questions and he opened the door for me because my hands were full. You never know what people going through in little things count to those who need a smile I will return to this location for eternity.
