Very disappointed with the chicken nuggets I ordered I got home ready to eat the nuggets were burned and hard as a rock I went back and explained to the drive thru cashier she says I need a receipt come to the window , so there I go she starts speaking Spanish to the cooks and saying that the nuggets were ok that I was making such a big deal about blah blah anyway I only wanted different nuggets and she re emberst me and said why are you arguing I just gave you your money back and not giving you attitude when I understood everything they were talking in Spanish that made me very upset . Never ever going back horrible service and employees are rude .

I was picking up an online order, which notified me that the order was ready. I stood there at the counter and waited for 10 min. Without 1 worker acknowledging me & on top of that, I had 2 wait another 10 min for the order 2 be ready!

Im so disappointed in what I experienced I ordered a taco and the loaded nachos and those nachos were the opposite of loaded in the picture it was loaded and the box was full what I got was like a couple nachos and some of them are broken they were in the middle and there were barely any it was poorly made and I was not happy I did not return them because I was Ina hurry and didn’t check them in time but I hope u guys will do somthing about this

I went through the drive through and got my drinks. The lady at the window told us to park in front so we did. She brought us our order. I checked it it was wrong she didn’t give us a recipt but I know what we ordered 6 soft tacos and they put in hard tacos. I got the two soft tacos for the side order. The other 3 were hard tacos and didn’t even get my 4th . I went in to ask for my 4 soft tacos ( bring in the 3 hard tacos) 2 modified and 2 regular ( 2 per combo). I asked the worker for it to be fixed im trying to explain what happened and he gave me attitude. Then the window girl printed my recipt and was trying to talk to me. THE MANAGER came out be hostile and loud ” you ordered hard tacos” I said “excuse me “. I tried explaining it to her but she was still being rude and loud. I had the recipt at this point I explained when I ordered i said soft it was rang in wrong and I’m missing a whole taco anyhow. I also said I need two soft and two only meat and cheese. She grabbed the hard taco I brought in and opened and using her bare hand flipped it open and said ” this is meat and cheese like you ordered ” I told her “you need to stop freaking out and why are you yelling and it’s a hard not a soft taco and you just broke it.” She replied with ” that’s how they come and mumbled other things” I was livid at this point . After arguing with the manger she finally said she will fix it with a lot of attitude. She refused to give me her name and wasn’t wearing a name tag. I cannot believe she speaks to guest this way. I was calm entering and once she came out rude and hostile it was just unbelievable. I am a manager and if I talked that way to a guest I would be fired. I will never return!!! I will be calling corporate as well. She might be great at times but WOW!!

I love this Taco Bell location so much. The staff is always very nice, extremely quick and efficient, and I have never had any issues with my order. Some of the workers even write which burrito is which on the packaging, which is a nice extra step that I appreciate. The team at this location is great, thank you for your hard work!

Ordered through food delivery app. 3 crunchy tacos (a combo meal) and a quesadilla. 3 of the crunchy tacos were ordered “customized” with red sauce in them. A bunch of the “Fire” sauce was ordered as well since there’s a section to specify the number of packets you want. We added about 15 because we like it so much. They gave us 2 sauces. And 1 napkin. 1 of the tacos was BEYOND spicy (and we like spicy). This location is usually really good too.

It seems like every time I go to this Taco Bell they either screw up the order or it takes forever to get my food.
I ordered a bean burrito and chips and cheese and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Drive thru was busy but only 2 people in the store and I was inside.

Worse place I’ve ever ordered from. Half the time the food is wrong or cold. I typically order for me and my partner. 9/10 times her food order is wrong, missing other parts of meal, or straight up. They can never give out hot fries or properly cooked fries. Where as my order it’s 50-50. The only thing they do wrong with my orders are sloppy made or its made right but smaller then usual. Also one time they messed up so bad the i wanted my money back, only to be told couldn’t get a refund. Because it would mess up their register draw. When I paid with card.

Just went through the Taco Bell drive thru. I spoke clearly and precise. I ordered chips and cheese and got home with no chips in the bag. Maria and Carlos told me to be kind because I explained the situation 3 times with no comprehension from them.
Looking at my receipt and the level of understanding was I wanted two sides of nacho cheese.
Wasted my time and energy and money but at the least I saved my health. Thank God for this revelation.
