We just visited this location today (9/14/25) around 11:20 am. We ordered a cone and a blizzard. They handed my husband his cone as I was paying and the employee swiped my card, then took a few moments to inform us that their card reader is down and proceeded to aplologize and then just stare at us. After a few seconds of awkward silence she asked if we had cash. I informed her I had 3 dollars. She stared at my husband like she was going to take his half-eaten cone back for a few moments before I told her I could pay for the cone in cash. At this point, the employee behind her had finished making my blizzard. I handed her the $3 and she just held the cash and looked at me. I asked if the cone was more than $3 and she said “yeah, it’s $3.49”. I handed her 2 quarters and she quickly said thank you, closed the window, and didn’t give me my change. I know it’s only a penny, but after this interaction, I didn’t want to also feel like I overpaid for a cone. The whole experience was strange and unprofessional. Not to mention wasteful as I’m sure that my already made blizzard just went in the garbage. Very frustrating experience.

I was kind of disappointed at this DQ,I love DQ’s chicken strips,but they are not available here,no chicken sandwiches or burgers,just hotdogs and chile dogs,and plenty of ice cream. I’m not bashing DQ,I’m just not a fan of hotdogs.

This place used to be really decent, been bringing my kids here for 10 years now. Their prices now are kind of ridiculous. I got 2 chili cheese dogs and 2 cheese dogs and it costs over $15. That’s a bit much. Especially considering the cheese was slice cheese just melted on top. Sad to say but my kids and I are going to have to find a new place to get our ice cream and finger foods

Great customer service. Very clean fast and super duper tasty We loved the ice cream and shakes. I can’t wait to go back for more. The workers were so friendly informative and efficient. This dairy queen will become one of our regular stops when we visit harrison Michigan in the future! The young lady who waited on us in the drive thru was extremely patient with us as we placed our order. You must try the strawberry sundaes, pineapple shakes and the frozen hot chocolate drinks.

First I would like to say that we love Dairy Queen. I do have an issue though. We go there two or three times a week during the season and frequently order the same thing. The problem is they are never the same. I usually get the Snickers Blizzard. One time it will have chocolate and next time there will be none. Same with the Turtle Blizzard – different every time. Are they using a recipe?

The line here can be lengthy at times, however the staff gets your through it as fast as they can. I’ve had my order wrong here before however the staff very quickly and very kindly fixed it for me. They never fail to flip their blizzards upside down which is so cool to me. I recommend you go here for a quick snack or refreshing drink.
